I have measured this cabinet every way possible and it does not equal 24'' on any side as listed on the site. Also it does not peak in the back as shown in the picture. The back side is flat. The sides that will be touching other cabinets only measure 12''. This is my first time installing cabinets and we were going to put a 4.5'' base on this to make it a base cabinet. We knew that there might be a small gap behind the cabinet that the countertop would cover. If we were to use this cabinet we'd lose a great amount of corner cabinet inside space. We will be returning this in hopes that the Lazy Susan corner cabinet will be a better fit.

Installed a total of 8 various unfinished oak cabinets in my home office space. The main structure is wood-chip board; finished inside with a contact paper type of finish. Only the face frame & doors are oak. The joinery of the cabinets is ok. Good for a rental house but maybe not the "best" choice for a high-end kitchen. I finished mine in a Deft Semi-Gloss Lacquer.
A few things I found to be common with almost all 8 of the various cabinets I bought. Excess glue on the inside - There were drips and runs inside all 8 of my cabinets. Not a big deal since it peels away with a little work. Rough sanding marks - 5 of the 8 I bought had deep, rough sanding marks in the face frame that took considerable time to sand out smooth enough to finish with a Lacquer. This cabinet luckily did NOT have that problem but others on the shelf did. This cabinet did have more "excess/spilled" glue inside vs. others I bought.
Finishing the cabinets takes a little time if you plan to have a natural wood look. I started with a 220 grit sanding & finished with a 320 grit prior to application of deft Semi-Gloss Lacquer. I hand sanded between coats at 800 grit. Three coats on the frames & 4-5 on the door makes them look pretty good for a "value priced" cabinet.
Cabinet features 1 adjustable shelf. Subtract 3" from width & height for clearance on the inside of the cabinet. This was critical to me for my intended use.
Overall, these are a good value but expect to put some time & effort in the finishing process to achieve a good look. If the sides will be visible, you will need to purchase trim kits or it will look like wood-chip board.

The only hard wood is the door and front trim, everything else is a cheap particle board. The hardwood panels in the doors rattle around and the trim is so roughly cut that some areas could not be sanded out and had to be filled. When picking them up, we had to sift through multiple cabinets in order to find one that was not beaten or busted. Even after that, we got them home to find some of the pieces such as the back mounting rails were missing. My advice is to buy something else, but if you do go with them, CAREFULLY inspect every one. We did our entire kitchen in them so time will tell if they hold up but we are not expecting much.

This unit DOES NOT have an adjustable shelf like the page reads but don't let that stop you from buying them. All the other sizes do.
Replaced our kitchen cabinets with these. Looks great!! Lot of work staining and polyurethaning them but the end result is worth the elbow grease.
Our house is over 100 years old and the look of these cabinets is perfect!!

I am concerned if they are strong enough to stay held to my walls! They are made pretty cheaply!

We bought these cabinets to remodel our kitchen after 40 years. They look incredible. Suggestion would be to try different stains on a toe kick, or end panel (cheaper) before staining the big pieces. Also, sand the pieces, especially the corners very well. Used three coats of Polyurethane because they are kitchen units. I would highly recommend these cabinets to the do-it-yourselfer.

How these cabinets pass the factory's quality inspections is bewildering. Low quality materials and assembly. Too heavy and burdensome to return, but I think I'll have to replace them sooner than expected.
