Answer:
Thank you for contacting Cerro with your product inquiry. We appreciate you pointing out the discrepancy with the product spec stating "riser". The header is correct; this is plenum. We will be updating the online spec as a result. Thank you for taking the time to let us know, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Satisfied The price seemed reasonable for 250' of Cat 5e and the cable likely works, however the color coding of the wiring is poorly done. The current close up of the twisted pairs somewhat demonstrates this. The solid color wires appear translucent with a slight tint, which I find makes it difficult to differentiate between blue/green and orange/brown. The "striped" wires appear mostly white, with small splotches of color at seemingly random intervals (if the wires were not in twisted pairs I don't think I could always identify these wires without stripping off a few inches of jacketing). Ultimately, the wires can be identified and used, but I would not recommend this product and I will be purchasing different cabling. January 15, 2014
