Answer:
Place the non-branded side of the clip against the release collar, press the release collar against the fitting and pull the pipe out. For a video on how to remove, please see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IF5ehHMHCdk

Answer:
There is currently no set of 3 disconnect clips. Most end users are using a specific pipe size and would only need one size.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best $2 You'll Spend If you're using the SharkBite fittings, this is an absolute necessity. Its near impossible to disassemble the joint without this. We used this on copper piping. Slipped it over the copper pipe and pushed it against the fitting while pulling the pipe outward. Comes out with minimal effort. The only thing to note is that this is plastic, so its easy for it to deform. Our first one unfortunately bent out of shape after one of us (ahemwasntmeahem) stepped on it. The good news is it was only $2 to get another. June 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Indespensible little tool This tool came in handy several times & I was able to remove a couple of push in Sharkbite fittings. I used the back of the tool because it sat more flush with the fitting rings which when depressed against the fitting with enough pressure inward at the same time pulling the fitting apart, the fitting then slides off. It takes a bit of muscle and dexterity but it works. September 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sharkbite removal clip The concept is good, i.e., a simple push-to-release tool but execution is bad for two reasons...at minimum. First, the inner spring may or may not rerelease successfully depending upon the uniformity of pressure against the circumference of the spring ring. For me though the most important failure has to do with dependence upon thumb pressure to push the clip against the fitting collar. My thumb joint will not stand the pressure on it due to arthritis so I am pondering a plier-like tool that I can slip the clip into and use squeezing action to do the job. Here as usual, the product line was designed by young minds that have no concept of age related limitations. June 22, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A waste of money Just use a tight fitting open end wrench. I tried the clip and it slipped off and I couldn't get a good grip or leverage. I grabbed an adjustable end wrench, tightened it up and it worked perfectly. July 19, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not ready for prime time. I had no luck with this tool. Nice idea but not ready for prime time. I would up using the side of an adjustable wrench to remove the connector. This should be redesigned to allow the user to have more leverage. June 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It comes with the fittings I ordered this and a 1/2" one, too. But to my surprise they come with the fitting. A little tricky getting it to work. May 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SharkBite Products Every SharkBite component I have used has worked perfectly and made plumbing work with 1/2" copper pipe incredibly easy and leak free. May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sharkbite makes plumbing easy Easy to use. This tool is to remove sharkbite fittings. August 14, 2013
