My old valve wouldn't stop the water from flowing, even after installing a new silinoid. So I had to replace the whole Anti-Siphon assembly. It fixed the problem, so far so good. Work's great.

I've had to replace every one of the 12 valves at my house two, three and even four times in the last 12 years. Save yourself some greif and spend a little more at a sprinkler supply house and let it be the last time you have to replace it. Total pieces of garbage. It says lifetime warranty but when you call they ask you the symptoms it displays and then sends you a new diaphram, selenoid or body for you to take apart and replace.

This is exactly the same unit as malfunctioned. However, the center line on the new model of the inlet and outlet are just slightly closer together making the install a little challenging.

Easy to install and simple to operate. Installation was so easy even a child could do it The price was right were I wanted it to be and the instructions were easy to follow. By doing it myself saved me a lot of money. I have since purchase another one and installed it for them and showerd them how easy it is to ionstall.

I had to replace 3 of 6 zone valves, at my daughter's home in AZ. Pretty straightforward operation, expect for the manifold design which required disconnection/re-connection of two working valves, to replace three. The only issue was price. Lowe's only had the 1" valves, but the price was $12.99, versus Home Depot's $15.49. Amazon had the 3/4" valves for $11.99, but I couldn't wait for free shipping.
Everything is working fine, but I have never seen such a price discrepancy at Home Depot.

One gets what they pay for. I returned this one and bought a similar device manufactured by Hunter. Despite the slightly higher cost, it performs much better.
