Product material and craftsmanship are outstanding. The material has strength and style. It was packed well and arrived in a very short time. It was easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. I would purchase more of this product in a heartbeat.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Annex Bronz stair hand rail posts
Installing the four bases into concrete was a real chore and very time consuming. Drilling the 16 five inch deep holes was horrible. Nothing was said about needing a hammer drill. I used an electric and pneumatic drill. Also, nothing was said about having to drill a hole through both sides of the post and the base in order to install the bolt. It would have been a lot easier to do it before the bases were mounted into the concrete. I think there should have been predrilled holes. It is a little wobbly but I think that can be corrected with self tapping screws through the posts into the base on the opposite side from the bolt. It does look very nice.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Coloradodoc Update for EZ Handrail system
The EZ Handrail manufacturer (Madden Manufacturing) contacted me and arranged to provide support with replacement materials and revised installation instructions. They were quite helpful in this regard. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use a power chop or mitre saw for the pickets use a blade for wood (not aluminum - I know its counter-intuitive, but when the manufacturer recommended it, we did so very successfully). The finished product is quite attractive.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Coloradodoc Looks ok, but installation is problematic
These are the required posts for the EZ handrail system. In spite of the literature, THEY CAN NOT BE INSTALLED ON AN EXISTING RAMP. New, separate, footings have to be poured level to accomodate the posts and railings. These posts can not be mitered. My email to the factory went unanswered.
The bronze coating on the posts is fragile and required the $23 touch paint just from the installation.
Not a DIY job.
