Almost impossible to assemble because of the small diameter. I bought 7 of these and spent a lot of time and sweat trying to fit the ends together. Helped a bit to use duct tape as you start to get one end together but still very hard. It would be nice if the reviewer who said that it was not hard to do would explain the process he used.

Product does not come in a round tube as shown in the photo but must be forced together lengthwise. On the smaller diameter and longer sizes this is not as easy as the description indicates for do-it-yourselfers. It is very difficult to assemble the smaller 3' x 60" pipe without flattening it to some extent. I may have to return the item. I have seen the same product in other stores already assembled. The smaller diameter pipes should be assembled at the store prior to sale.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fixer44 Should come assembled. 3" stove pipe is not for the fain of heart to assemble.
Ended up going to a sheet metal shop and bought another one. They sold me a new one assembled and explained the issues with assembling a small diameter pipe.
If the diameter you need is 4" or larger then the assembly is much easier.

This pipe is very good for running duct work of a sturdy nature. The only drawback is it's perk, in that it is sturdy and therefore hard to snap together fully without catching your fingers or palms, and may be difficult for a do it yourselfer.
