Good looking unit arrived in only 3 days, very well packaged with no damage. Instructions are adequate, with one weak point, i.e. the text doesn't reference the letter markers on some illustrations which means you have to puzzle out what item the text is referencing. After cutting through nine inches of brick wall, one difficulty found was making the vent tubes slip together until it was discovered that the external vent can be disassembled easily with four small nuts. This makes the nesting of the vent tubes more straightforward and then easily reassembled. Agree with other reviewers that thermostat wire is too short. Pilot was a little difficult to light until realized line should be purged. Furnace lit right up and started putting out a wonderful amount of heat, making the 900 sf basement garage/workshop usable in the winter. A real plus during power outages is unit uses no a/c. And enclosed combustion chamber means safe to use in workshop.

This was easy to install. A bit time consuming if you you're paying attention to detail, but I was able to install in an afternoon, assuming the gas line has already been run. The instructions are few, but there doesn't need to be many. A full size "cut hole here" template is included. It attaches directly to the studs with 4 screws. The included screws are flat blade, oval head, wood screws - should be drilled first. I used my own screws.
I'm heating 1000 s.f. with lots of windows. Temps have been 0 degF at night, highs of about 10 degF, and it keeps it 70 degF in most of the house. Only exception is the opposite end of the house, with an un-insulated room. At these temperatures, it does run quite a bit.
It's not the most efficient thing, but considering the low purchase price and installing it myself, it really doesn't matter. With the cold weather we've been having, it looks like it's going to cost about $75 per month in gas. Beats hauling in wood every weekend - or cutting wood to begin with, for that matter.

Really liked this stove was a really nice color ,easy to install and nice looking.
I had one we took out that was from the same company which is WILLIAMS and we used it for thirty years.
Was glad to find another that was made by the same company.
So lucky that Home Depot in Watertown and Massena had one ..
Service was really good and we got it shipped right to our home.
It has been working so good with no problems.
We highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for one.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MNguy Great heater!
I bought this heater to use in our hunting cabin in central Minnesota. The cabin is 2 levels and approximately 900 sq. ft. It was surprisingly easy to install and hook up to get it operational. It kept us plenty warm and held the temperature very well. I did end up purchasing the optional propane conversion kit and was able to convert it myself even though I had never done such a thing. However, the directions were not as clear and explanatory as I would have preferred. The furnace arrived in perfect condition and was packaged very well. I would absolutely recommend this furnace to anyone looking for a safe and reliable way to heat their cabin. I am very impressed with how well this furnace turned out to be. I feel confident that it will last many years and continue to work flawlessly with regular care and maintenance. I did not buy the optional blower fan so I can not comment on it, but may add it to the furnace in the future.
