No, there is no center divider on this cabinet. There is a center stile in the face frame on the outside front of the cabinet, but not on the inside.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 33 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for DIY bookcase builtins I used these as the base cabinets for a builtin bookcase in my office. Turned out great and would use them again. I used a high quality paint which makes a big difference when painting. September 8, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NOT ready to stain or paint Got these to put over washer dryer. I guess the price is ok, quality is ok, but I was NOT happy about having to sand these, they are not ready to paint/stain. I tried painting them and it looked horrible and was very rough to the touch. They can be kind of decieving when looking them over, but, the raised part of the panel door is rough and difficult to sand. I would have preferred to know ahead of time the work that is needed get these ready to paint, and I would have probably bought finished cabinets. ALSO, the trim around the panel needs to be caulked because there are raised areas and it looks bad after painting, maybe a stain wouldn't look as bad. All that being said, if you want to caulk and sand, then paint or stain, they are ok for laundry room, closet, garage. Just look them over good in store, make sure doors line up, feel the wood. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great economy cabinet I used 2 of these cabinets and 2 of the 30x12x12 in cabinets to create the 42" cabinets that I wanted. They look great and seem sturdy enough. I used a Wagner Flexio paint sprayer to get a great finish and installed them in my laundry room for a custom look. Perfect for the weekend warrior although painting took a few more weekends to get the finish I was looking for. October 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I was hoping for These cabinets were assembled when I picked them up.If you buy these, look them over carefully, after I got them home and attached to the wall, I found a large dent in the cabinet door face. They also needed loads of sanding. Not sure who made these but I won't buy them again. After two coats each of primer and Behr best paint, they look okay. Not pleased at all. May 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for the money, even better if you finish them. These cabinets are exactly as the name says, "unfinished". So, they would be great as-is for a workshop or a garage if you don't care about a finish. We installed two of them side by side over the washer and dryer and I took the time to finish them. I lightly hand sanded all of the oak parts and then painted with a quality white paint. It took some time but they look absolutely beautiful now. For installation, get the right screws and take the time to do the install right. HD sells screws specifically made for cabinet installation. They have a wider head for more holding power against a flat surface. If done right there is no way these will fall down. I installed a small 1"x2" ledger strip beneath mine for added support and ease of install. February 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great! I modified this cabinet for use as a corner cabinet and tv stand. It works great! March 18, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good for budget installations Picked up two of these unfinished oak cabinets when they were on sale. I selected unfinished oak because I needed to match other stained oak cabinets already installed in the room. In general, the construction is sturdy enough but I would note four issues that one should consider. *The instructions for mounting are pretty generic and you'll probably need to get additional hardware (i.e., I wouldn't simply screw the particle board backs into the walls - I glued in oak 1x2's for reinforcements in my case but there is cabinet hanging hardware that would work if you are putting up a long row). *There were quite a few glue drips, including on visible faces of the oak. And it's not easy glue to sand off. If there's glue on the insert panels, take care not to sand too deep because they are just veneer. *The 30" high cabinet come with only one adjustable shelf. *The side panels that were available were a mess - too thin, warped, cracked. I will need to source the side panel elsewhere. Given the finish quality and likely lower durability, I would not use these cabinets for kitchens (this installation is a laundry room). May 4, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sloppy gluing 1. I lightly pre-sanded the cabinets (rails & stiles) before I installed them and after staining, I found several glue spots on the panels, rails and stiles. I had to resand everything before re-staining. Ended up w/ a blotchy stain job. If I hadn't already stained and installed the cabinets I would return them and buy a better quality cabinet.
