Sorry, but, I wouldn't do this again. Most of the metal parts were bent and dented from the marginal packing it was shipped in. About 2 dozen pieces of tile were broken loose and in the bottom of the box. Worst of all, half the screws and nuts to assemble the thing were missing. After a lot of bending, painting, finding hardware, and resetting tile we managed to get it put together. If it hadn't been so much trouble to get it back in the box, it would have gone back to the store.
It looks great when you finally get it put together.

When I received the package it appeared to have been repackaged as if someone prior to me purchased and returned it. I was missing the handle that allowed you to take off the screen - which I was told I couldn't get and to send the fire pit back - I told them it was assembled and outside and that didn't seem to matter. A few of the tiles were laying in the bottom of the box - which I glued back in - and the base was severely dented .... I didn't return cause I didn't want the hassle of returning. I like the look of the pit but not sure I would buy it again.

The fire pit was very nice looking, had pretty bronze tiles in some spots, and had a nice wide ledge around the outside (great for setting down drinks). The problem was in the packaging/delivery. The box had obviously been banged against something during shipping. Upon opening, I found the grout cracked in several places and a few tiles had actually become dislodged. Because this was an "end of summer" sale/purchase, when we were advised to return and replace, we found there were no more fire pits of this model available. Disappointed.....

Arrived with 2 tiles that had fallen off but I was easily able to fix them. Just as the first review read, mine also had little rust spots but I honestly don't mind - I think it adds to its charm. It looks great and is acceptable quality for the price. I was able to assemble it myself very quickly but needed help lifting the tile top...it is pretty heavy! We used it immediately and were impressed that the surrounding tile area never got hot. I would certainly recommend it to a friend.

This was one of the best purchases I have made. I use it just about every night or I have since it has gotten cooler. I'm going to take it to Sturgis next August. I would recommend it to everyone.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by phillip9 Just opened the box and the top grate has corrosion on it
I ordered this a few months ago and just opened the box and put it together last night. The top grate had corrosion spots on it as soon as I opened the plastic. The metal is flimsy and the nuts and bots do not come with any washers.
there is already scuffs on various parts of the frame, most are not in areas that are too cosmetic, so that isn't too much of an issue. Just shows the general low quality of the product.
A few of the holes that the screws go into are to bored 100% correctly, but with a set of real tools you can force the screws to go into place.
The metal bin that the wood burns in is pretty flimsy, I don't expect this fire pit to last more than a few years. ( I'm hoping for at least 2-years ). I'm really glad it came with a cover, that is the only thing that is going to give this a chance of lasting more than 2-years.
I'm pretty disappointed, but I cheaped out at buying $199 fire pit, so it appears I am the fool.

A couple tiles had fallen off during shipping, but other than that, this is a fantastic fire pit. It looks great and the quality is excellent.

Poorly manufactured, material was too thin, I don't think it will hold up.
