Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The brass nut was not threaded properly I purchased this unit to replace my bad thermocouple in my water heater. When ever the product is "universal", it makes me nervous since one size does not fit most. In my case, it was the brass nut which did not want to thread properly into the temperature unit. At least it was brass (I guess) nut, which is softer than the female thread in the temp. control unit. I did end up screwing the nut into the temp control unit, but I know the nut is not threaded into the unit correctly. It is holding the thermocouple securely, but I wish the nut was threaded properly for a proper install. Maybe you will have better luck. Thank you for reading my review. May 7, 2016
