Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worse product ever Product not opened, but now rock hard?.............. April 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cured in the Tube This tube must've been very, very old as it was cured in the tube. No date of manufacture was on the tube, so there is no way of knowing how old it was. I'll never buy perishable items like this at this location again. May 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Disapointed !! I'm very disappointed with this product. I spent all day making custom flashing for stove pipe installation. Which came out perfect the last thing I did was to use this 3m fire sealant to fill in a 1/16 inch seam. The stuff barley squeezed out of the tube, it was very dry. It said it had a fast dry time, I don't consider 2 days fast. I regret using this stuff. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. January 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Allow adequate cure time. This is more an F.Y.I.: I used this to reseal a converted octopus furnace. The original asbestos and plaster like substance was removed, and this was used to reseal and replace the old stuff. However, my furnace was in use at the time, the heat intensified the odor immensely. It permeated every inch of my house, for days. If you use it for this, make it a summer project. Curing time before use... Very important! Otherwise, very good product. December 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what the home inspector wanted This is red, which was a surprise; however, it is that color so the home inspector can make sure it has the right amount of time before burning up. December 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It was a perfect sealant for around our fireplace The Fire-Barrier sealant was easy to use around the fireplace and in between the wall and brick .It has made it safer when we build our fire for this winter. December 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by When you need it... It did the job! When you need it sealed, gaps filled in, cracks... This is s grew November 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Protection Nice sealant easy to use recommended for high temp purposes October 30, 2015
