I do believe so, make sure that BOTH surfaces are sprayed w/ the adhesive , allow about 20 minutes- press them together (clamp if possible, if not set something heavy on them) allow to set overnight. HAPPY Glueing

The material on the interior roof of my car has fallen off in places and has pulled away in other like at the windshield. I want to buy material and glue it over the remaining felt and weird yellow stuff (that when touched rains down into the car or on my head). 1) will this adhesive work, 2) how long does any odor last (don't want to gas myself, and 3) will it hold up to the hot interior of my car (recently the outside temperature reached 111.

We would recommend our 80 Rubber and Vinyl Spray Adhesive or our 82 Headliner Spray Adhesive as they have the heat tolerance required for the inside of your car. We recommend sanding any loose "yellow stuff" prior to spraying our adhesive. It will have an odor for an hour or two until it is fully cured. If you have additional questions please call our team at 1.800.537.9514 M-F 8am-5pm CT and thanks for Read More

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 39 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by works in the cold Needed some contact cement to attach a small piece of laminate to plywood on a telescope mount. The laminate was 16 by 17 inches. Problem was I needed to do it outside in about 30 degree weather. I read that some other reviewer had used in in cold weather so tried it. The spray had the consistency of a thin honey. That could have been the weather. It dried very fast. Again I was in the sun, but cold temperature. The glue sticks to each other very well. It has been a few months now and no issues. I used very little of the glue so I am hoping that it will have a decent shelf life cause it is a bit costly. Time will tell on that. March 1, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I used this products to fix my sons backpack. I used this products to fix my sons backpack. You see my son likes to throw his backpack around like he's part of a Beastie Boys music video. So I had get creative and attach a homemade skid plate to the bottom of the backpack. I purchased an aluminum 'For Sale' sign, black spray paint, spray adhesive, and 4 screws with nuts. The spray adhesive did a good job holding the piece of aluminum sign down while I drilled holes through it and the backpack, then I attached the nuts on the inside. After that step was complete I spray painted the new skid plate black and now it looks like it was originally part of the backpack . February 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Industrial Strength Adhesive Spray I used this to install copper sheeting around the Sommbeer bar. Worked great, super tacky but not permanent which was ok for this application. December 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by dries to fast for large areas Not great for larger areas .Sets fast. I like . 3m super77 better. December 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Multi Purposes This is great for big projects bacause you can spray it on or when you just need a spot repair. It doesn't dry out or get hard so it can sit on shelf for a long time. November 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great spray adhesive I only buy the 3M brand because I know it will always perform great. Other brands may be a bit less expensive, but why take chances on quality. I use this product to affix shipping labels onto containers such as 55-gallon drums, roll-off containers, plastic tanks, and large cardboard boxes. The labels already have adhesive on them, but this is cheap insurance that the labels will stay on. Spray the surface of the container and the back of the label, wait a couple minutes, and put the label on. It won't come off. I recently used this in below-freezing weather (less than 20 degrees F) and the adhesive on the labels would not have worked. But this product worked fantastic. April 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great spray glue!! I used this for gluing new auto headliner material into the car. I did remove the headliner and scraped off all the old fabric and foam. Then sprayed this 3M 90 on the cardboard liner and rolled the new fabric onto the tacky glue. It is holding like nothing else. Both cars I did look as good as new and the headliner is really holding on well with this glue. Very pleased. The glue does have a quick set up time, so you need to be prepared to place the items together within 2-3 min after applying the spray glue. Highly recommended. August 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spot on product The adhesive performs exactly as expected. No surprises, very strong, professional results. November 3, 2015
