I echo all those who complained about headband breaking, quoting specifically Kelly from Richmond "These are really good to use, but they break at the large metal grommet where the face shield is connected to the headband. They split at the round gray connection." Mine broke after using 2 or 3 times. Also, I wanted to take the perfectly good face shield off the head harness to reuse, but I'm finding that impossible (thus far) to remove.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works fine - but not with a ball cap It's works fine but in order to get it to grip I had to remove my ball cap. Then I had stuff (cutting weeds) falling on my head so switched to a do-rag and seems to be fine. The sweatband fell off once, popped it right back on - no big deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shield It was a hot humid day that typically causes face shields to slip off my bald head. However, this shield stayed in place AND allowed me to wear my glasses (without my glasses hitting the inside of the shield!). I will buy more of these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just junk The straps stays do not remain in place, when you put the shield on your head they come loose. When you try to tighten the straps, they snap. I now have 2 extra face shields with nothing to attach them to because the straps break easily. Over all, just a piece of junk.
