Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by They work, BUT... I bought these particle masks to use at a guitar building workshop, where I'd be doing a lot of wood and finish sanding. They worked nicely to protect me from breathing nasty airborne particulates. HOWEVER, and this is a deal-breaker, it is impossible to wear safety glasses/goggles at the same time as these masks. The masks sit way too far up on the bridge of the nose with the top corner situated between one's eyes. Any type of safety glasses need to rest on the same spot of the nose but are prevented from fitting properly. I had several other people try the masks to see if they had the same issue, and none of them were able to wear safety glasses of any type while wearing the mask. So I guess they're fine for some tasks, as long as you don't also need eye protection. But most times, if you need a mask, don't you also need safety glasses?? April 14, 2015
