Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by CJ1North Beware - see photos
See the photos - this tape is too strong and will cause re-prep and re-paint work even if it is removed within 1-2 hours. See the photos where the existing paint is pulled off leaving a mess on the wall. Cannot be easily repaired. The wall had been painted 4 days earlier - so the cure time was adequate.

I have used Frog Tape and other Brands and the Scott Blue Painters tape is so much better than the other products it competes with. It is reasonably priced and will stay adhered wherever you place it. My wife is Pregnant with our 2nd child and that means painting time, I will definitely use this product to keep clean lines.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JimA Doesn't do a good job of masking
I used this to mask and repaint an exterior wood surface. It didn't pull off the paint it was adhered to, but the new paint leaked thru in many places. I cannot recommend this product.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bman Last time I use this
Just removed the tape from an edge area I painted and most of the paint underneath it came with it. All the time I took to carefully put the tape in exactly the right place was a complete waste of time. Now I will have to just paint very carefully along the edge. The roll and a half of the tape I have left will now just go into the trash.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Moss Worst product ever invented
Not only is this tape so grotesquely overpriced, it doesn't work at all. First, it doesn't stick to anything. Except to the paint that it pulls off the wall that you don't want it to. Second, it doesn't stop any paint from bleeding though past the tape line. So you'll be touching that up forever. But worst of all, once you try to remove the tape it starts splitting into a thousand strands and strings of tape that will take you hours and hours to remove. It's almost as if what 3M really wants to sell you is razor blades to remove their hideous blue tape. That's where they make the real money. The only problem is there is no other product on the market to compete with this stuff..
