I've used this edging in several gardens and found it an inexpensive solution that looks good and serves its purpose. However be prepared to substitute the metal rods that come with the edging with wooden stakes and screws or with rebar and wire to attach the edging to to keep it in place. I've found the metal rods too short,

I highly suggest NO ONE BUYS THIS PRODUCT! I spent several hundred dollars on this product last spring to use as edging between my lawn and a new area of rock throughout my yard. It lasted less than a year and needs to be 100% replaced. It fades to a very pale brown, almost white looking, within a few months. It becomes INCREDIBLY brittle and with one kick or even worse, one encounter with a lawn-mower tire, it chips or breaks in half. I could not be more disappointed in this product.

Unless your garden is in a circle or a spiral, forget this product. It's a nightmare to unroll and you'll never get it to straighten. The "stakes" included are way too short, and would never hold this anyway, so you'll need to purchase rebar to hold it in place. What a waste of money.

Nevermind the fact that you cannot get this product straight without nailing it to a backboard and then affixing that to stakes. Nevermind the fact that the product bleaches and requires a coating of some protectant to protect it from UV rays (I chose an inexpensive decorative spray paint for plastics). No, the biggest problem this product has is that once it's been outside and in the heat for any length of time, it becomes so brittle that any flexing of the material will cause it to crack and shatter. So once I got some lengths of it straight, I couldn't even slide them over to where they were going to go because they broke along the way there. Another strip that was already in place broke off a chunk at the end when my Alaskan Klee Kai knocked his paw against it at high speed. And the stakes that are included with it? Be careful, because when you hammer down and they reach the edging, if you hammer down too hard then the edging cracks and fissures.
This is $75 I'm praying isn't 'down the drain'.

unless you trench wide enough to drop it in, don't bother. i used an edging tool to make a 6 inch deep slice in the ground. just tapping the top of the material to push it down in the slot, made it break.
several times which just increased frustration.

Just trying to unroll it is a nightmare. You can't get it straight no matter what you do...it stays warped and wavy. Instructions say to lay it in the hot sun for a day or so and it straightens out. You can't lay it flat because of the warpage, and it ends up setting that way from the heat.
Breaks very easily also. Taking it back today.
