Usually CS {cross section, aka wall thickness} = OD - ID; in this case 0D {9/16} - ID {7/16) should yield CS {2/16 or 1/8}. One of the dimensions is incorrect.

Also, i notice that this item identified as Danco #5 having the above dimensions is not the same as the Danco #5 as listed in the Danco "200 Assorted Plumbing O-Rings, STK #34443", in which the #5 has the dimensions 3/8 OD x 1/4 ID x 1/16 Wall. This item also does not follow the notion CS = OD - ID. Why?

One more question. I noticed that the Danco O-Ring # scheme is not the same as the standard numbering scheme I found on the web. Is there a list of the Danco numbered 0-Rings so that when I determine the size I need, I can go to the list and pick out the one I want to get at Home Depot? Thanks.

We are aware that the Danco numbering is different than the AS568 standard of numbering, and will be addressing that in our upcoming catalog, but at this time, there is not a list available comparing the two.
