Thank you for your question. Yes you can but the doors will need to have a stud behind them in order to anchor them correctly.

Thank you for your question. You can use a door, however you will most likely need to add a stud to anchor the wall jam of the glass.

Answer:
this unit is better suited for a shower curtain. The front edges of the side walls are formed with a "bumped out" shape to give the panels extra strength. You need a flat surface to mount shower doors to get a good seal. You can try to put the doors out in front of the side panels, they are 29-1/2" wide, if your tub is deeper than 30" this might work?

This should fit OK, however you might have to cut down the width of the back wall center section so
it will fit in between the left and right side wall pcs. If your wall is only 58-1/2" and the unit is 59" the
center will be about 1/2" too wide. This is not a big deal, I had to cut almost 1" off the unit I installed.

I took 1/2" off each end to keep the shelf centered, but for only !/2" total this would not be noticable.
Also check the exact depth of the tub ends. They usally "round over" at the outside edge and you might not have a full 29-1/2" of flat to set the end walls on. You can fill in with tub surround chaulk if the drop off is only slight. My unit looks great and the interlock corners gives some leeway to fit the three pcs together. Good Luck

Answer:
The panels are as listed 29.5" sides and 59" back . The back fits into builtin corners on the side panel so that when the back is fitted in , it will fit a 60" wide back wall almost exact, If your back wall is narrower than 60", the back panel can be cut down in width up to 2" +-.

The side shelves are small... Both shelves are 22 1/2" long and 3 1/2" wide. On each triangular shelf a large shampoo bottle fits. The long middle shelf isn't very wide. The largest width is 3" in the middle point. Good for small things.

I paid $120.00 + tax for my unit. This was for all three pcs. There is no other trim, caulk or adhesive included. You will have to purchase this seperately

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Seamless I've never installed a tub surround before, but this one looked like it fit the bill, so I ordered it. I had to trim the back wall a bit, but then it was a perfect fit. Easy to trim, easy to cut the holes for the the spout and controls, and with a little extra adhesive around the shelves, they hold a full bottle of shampoo with no problem. As a complete amature, installation took me about 5 days, but in actual hours maybe 20 or so. I took extra time waiting for the silicone caulking around the panel edges to dry between panel installations. Excellent product, easy installation, i would recommend it to anyone! April 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great This tub surround is a very nice looking thick glossy white plastic. I'm very happy with the final results. However the assembly instructions were very inadequate. The instructions were a generic set for a bunch of different surrounds obviously made of much thinner material. For trimming they said to score and snap or use scissors. Absurd. They also said to tape the surround to the wall while the adhesive sets. No way. The thick panels weigh way too much for tape to hold. This surround absolutely needs bracing while the adhesive sets. Also, on the one I received the corner modules were not cut square, and one was slightly shorter than the other panels, necessitating more trimming. If you can get past all that, though, the final results are great, much nicer than those thin plastic units. October 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for the money! This is a great surround if you're looking for a simple installation and clean lines. The walls are very thin but install nicely and when installed on top of drywall it doesn't matter. The only draw back is the shelves are hollow and therefore were squishy and weak. We used a spray foam to fill the space behind the surround shelves and cut to fit once it dried. (you have to know what you're doing with that stuff though~it expands ALOT..be careful) That made a HUGE difference though and is perfect now. Overall very happy! I love it! September 4, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good enough for income property For the right application this tub surround is nice. Product came damaged however with hole in box and protective plastic a bit shredded, almost as if I received a 'return'. Time is money and I wanted to get this job finished on a rental property, pieces (only 3) were easy enough to trim to fit with my Dremel. I did put spay up insulation in the projecions for added strength and stability. July 30, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by pretty to look at It is a nice looking product. we took the advice of other reviewers and filled the enclosure "shelves" with spray foam----good advice by the way. we found the actual product a tad flimsy and because of the decorative designs, we had a hard time getting it to adhere to the wall to our satisfaction. given a do-over, we would spend the extra money and get a higher quality product. this all being said, it does look good in. July 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Flimsy The bathtub wall panels are extremely thin and flex wildly when you attempt to carry them. They appear to be very fragile and could break easily. I was very disappointed and returned the set without even attempting to install and ordered a heavier duty wall surround. July 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good price. Come with damage i return it and reorder , I use the tile adhesive to install . It looks great. September 28, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by shower it was easy to install and looks. it is good for quick and cheap fix September 16, 2014
