This is almost exactly what I was looking for. Swivels AND has an on off. That way you can stop the water without losing your temperature.
Just wish they had one with 2.5GPM. Already saving water with the ono/off, now I want to save my time.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JM The best I've tried so far, but mfr's description is misleading
What I really need is one of the new-fangled (to me) kitchen faucets where the spray hose is the faucet itself, on a hidden hose that you can pull out when you need it, not a useless separate hose that depends on a defective valve to redirect some of the faucet's water and just dribbles. I HATE those things! But until I can afford a complete faucet upgrade, I have to settle for swivel aerator/spray adapters like this one.
This is the latest in a long line of those adapters, and it's the best so far, for two reasons:
1. The head can be angled out farther from vertical, and
2. in spray mode the spray pattern is wider.
The combination of those two allows me to direct the spray almost all the way into every corner of my oddly offset sink, which I have never been able to do before. I can almost do without the despised spray hose; only when I'm rinsing a very large pot do I have to drag it out of its hole and wait while it dribbles the suds off the pot.
This product does have some flaws, though. Like many of these adapters, it prefers for some reason to be in spray mode, so when it's in aerator mode the slightest touch will switch it into spray mode. It would be better if it did the opposite (if it can't just stay securely in whichever mode I put it in), since I want it to be in aerator mode 90% of the time.
The other defect isn't in the product itself but in the manufacturer's promotional information (both on the package and twice in the online description here). They prominently claim "360° swivel spray", which is, I think, deliberately misleading.
ALL aerator/spray adapters that swivel AT ALL swivel 360°; that's what "swivel" means: it can be turned in a circle, and all circles are by definition 360°, regardless of the size of the circle. Making that a special claim, as this manufacturer does, strongly implies that THIS spray can be rotated all the way out horizontally into a true, full circle (not a small circle whose size is limited by how far the spray can be tilted out from straight down), which truly could reach every single part of the sink (and the room beyond).
That's how most people understand "360°": it's like me standing with a garden hose pointed straight out and turning in a full circle, NOT pointing the hose a foot away from my feet and turning in a circle. Technically, in both of those cases I would be spraying water 360°, but only when I'm spraying it straight out as I turn around would I THINK of it as 360°. The manufacturer of this product is using that common perception of what "360°" means to misrepresent this product, which I think is unfair and unwise.
Because of that 360° claim, I was disappointed when I discovered that this swivel spray/aerator (like all the others) can spray only a limited circle in the sink, NOT straight out. If the manufacturer had not made that claim, I wouldn't have expected that kind of performance, and therefore I would not have been disappointed.
That misrepresentation of the product and the disappointment it produces is enough to lose it one star. If they had not made that misleading claim, I'd have given this four stars, since it is, although not perfect, the best such product I've found yet.
I don't use the "pause the flow" lever, because my faucet does the same thing and its lever is more conveniently located--but it does not leak, as some other reviewers reported. In aerator mode, this adapter IS unusually loud, as others have noted, but I got used to it quickly. It might disturb light sleepers nearby, though.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rusty Great sprayer
This sprayer is just perfect for any size sink. I love how I am conserving energy without sacrificing spray strength. It is much easier to use then my conventional spray and using a lot less water. The lever that stops the flow but not the water mix is great to stop and start the flow instead of adjusting all the time. I word have given it 5 stars but my wife said it isn't the best looking sprayer we have had.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bublez Great Idea but Horrible Product
I love the idea of this faucet adapter, but it leaks. It isn't just a leak, usually it will spray water out in a stream several inches, hitting the wall, me and/or counter. If I move it around, usually can stop the stray and then just leaks. I had to remove one of the spacers because it would not fit. I wanted something which was not plastic. I like the product as far as appearance and the function of being able to shut it off without having to turn off the water. I am going to try to use plumbers tape, hopefully will stop the leaking/spraying. But it leaks from the where it attaches to the faucet and also, from the swivel area. Leaking from just the swivel area, I can deal with, but have to be careful when I use hot water, get burnt. This is a shame, because I really wanted this to work. Guess I will have to go back to the style and adapter I was using before. I do most of my home repairs.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PaulCoMat Nice & handy
This little aerator works just like described. A flip of the lever turns water on & off without adjusting water temp. The bottom simply pulls down slightly and with little pressure to go from stream to spray and the swivel allows easy rinsing of hard to reach parts of the sink like corners saving even more water. It even is threaded inside and outside to make it more adaptable to various faucets. For standard faucets, not pull down faucets. Careful when removing from package because the extra rubber washer will easily fall out. Well made and nice looking.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by wxray Easy to install
The best part of this product is the multiple ways to install it. It has both inside and outside threads, and comes with two different kinds of o-rings. Be aware that you have to choose the correct o-ring. Don't try to install it with both rings, or it won't fit.
The aerator is fine for kitchen duty. I currently have it on my laundry tub. It is fine for that but takes a long time to fill a bucket. Be aware that it really does restrict to 1.5 GPM, which is plenty for most duties. But it is slow for filling a bucket.
Dual action (aerated stream or spray) works will with a tug of the sprayer. There's also a little shut-off handle which can get in the way if you don't use it. It comes in handy if you have the correct hot/cold mix and don't want to lose it while drying a dish, for example.
Quality seems sufficient, but be aware this is not a high end product and has plenty of plastic parts.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by MushroomHunter Almost Perfect
Just like the bathroom aerator, this one leaks from the lever. I tried using different washers and plumbing tape, and it still leaks, not from the threads, but the lever.
This is disappointing because the design and aesthetics are great. The water pressure is good if running in spray mode or just straight. The swivel is very convenient to rinse the sinks.
It would be perfect if not for the leak.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DonnaF not for delta faucets
There are no adapter fittings on the planet to use this with a Delta faucet 13/16 aerator. I even called the company. Well made aerator. Loved it. Useless unless it fits.
