You can take a decent shower with 1/3 of the water of the regular showerhead. It runs only 1.5 gallons of water in a minute, compared to my other shower which flows about 5 gallons in a minute. So this handheld shower head really conserves water. I can also put it on the wall, and take shower, hands free.
Installation was very easy; only 5 minutes. Instructions also was very easy to understand. No tools required. But a foot of teflon tape was needed, which was not included in the pack. I had to use my own which I had in stock.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bc95 Nice looking easy to install
Very well built an has a expensive look so far seems to be very durable and was very easy to install . directions called for tape on threads but I decided not to use and expecting some leaks. Guess what no leaks so the seal was great. This item will save on water and still accomplish the job of a good shower. I was concern that the water reduction would make it difficult to remove shampoo but it worked very good. I would have liked a little more pressure from the massage feature but overall I'm satisfied.

This is not just another handheld shower conversion. We have used a hand held conversion in our showers for quite some time, but this one’s different. It has a shut off valve that saves water, and fits all of the old pole mount handheld shower holders you may have. This unit goes one better, as you can see in the picture, this handheld unit mounts high in the holder. This allows you to get the shower head up in the air. We have both handicapped persons, that need a handheld for the shower seat, and we have a 6 foot 3 inch family member that always had to hold the shower head above to rinse off. This shower unit mounts high enough in the holder, to actually allow it to work like a shower head should for 6 ft people! No more “ducking down” to rinse off. Great design and conservation too!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jimmy The installation was super easy
As someone who has never installed a shower head before let alone any sort of plumbing I was afraid there would some level of difficulty with the installation. I was wrong, the entire installation process took less than twenty minutes, although I did have to make a quick run to my local home depot store for some plumbers tape. My previous shower head was falling apart and leaking pretty bad so it was time for a new one.
I love the features of this, my last shower head only had one spray pattern the the water pressure was atrocious. The water pressure on this AM C G shower head is definitely stronger than my previous one but not as strong as I had hoped for. I think this was a direct result of the water conservation feature. Either way it gets the job done, the installation was a breeze, and I am very happy with it.
A small recommendation to those buying this, you will need some form of plumbers tape or sealant when you buy this.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by allthingsvu Super easy to install
Installed in less than 5 minutes. Just unscrew the old showerhead and screw the new one on. The water flow is great even a 1.5gpm. The cord is long enough to reach anyplace in the tub. Very light weight and works very well.

This product definitely saves water by controlled flow. Easy to maneuver due to great flexibility. Installation was less than 3 mins and had no leaks at all.

Like virtually all flow restricting showerheads, the pressure from this feels to be less than a full and direct flow. This one, in my opinion (and I've tried several flow restricted heads), is better than most in this regard. It also comes with a hose that is about 18" longer than most (the hose is a full 6').
Nothing unusual about the installation, though mine came with no instructions--but anyone who ever changed showerheads doesn't need instructions. If I lived in California with their terrible drought situation I would definitely consider this head.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Transplanted One of the better handheld low-flow showerhead's.
I've usually stayed away from anything labeled flow restricted, or Eco this or that. The end result has always been disappointment. Not wanting to compromise a nice, vigorous shower, I'd be the one shopping for the highest flow rate I could find.
With this handheld shower unit however, the indication of it's flow rate seems higher than 1.5gpm. Of several low-flow shower units I've had the displeasure to buy and use, this seems to be one of the better ones out there. Perhaps it has something to do with decreasing the hole openings, resulting in the existing water pressure pushing out the water in a faster flow though the smaller openings.
I love the fact of having the long 6' hose. This makes whatever handheld task you have much easier to accomplish.
If I were in a position where I needed to actively restrict my water usage, this would definitely make my list.
