Product Overview

AR Blue Clean power washers have 50-years of pump building experience through the Annovi Reverberi brand. The 383 is AR Blue Clean's original, best-selling power washer model. The 383 generates an incredible 1,900 PSI, up to 30 times more pressure as a typical garden hose while reducing water consumption by over 80%. For effective high-pressure cleaning, attach the variable spray lance. Change the HP spray pattern from a wide fan to a concentrated pencil-point HP spray by simply rotating the nozzle head or anywhere in between. For tougher jobs, attach the Turbo lance. The Turbo lance increases the effective cleaning power up to 50% by producing a pulsating, rotating HP spray. Detergent application is made easy with the separate detergent bottle that attaches directly to the spray gun. This power washer is much quieter, lighter and easier to use than a standard gasoline pressure washer and is certified by CSA International for safety. The AR Blue Clean 383-1,900 PSI electric power washer is perfect for medium-sized residential cleaning projects and will achieve superior results.

Customer Questions & Answers

Can I attach an exterior extension cord

I have a long driveway and need the power cord to be longer. Can I attach one to the unit cord?
Asked by: Ern
Yes, BUT use a heavy duty extension cord with 16 awg wire or bigger so you don't get a voltage drop.

Is there a trigger lock or does it have to be held down?

Asked by: Oldgold
The trigger lock is a safety mechanism to prevent it from being used, so, it has nothing to do with running it. In other words, you have to hold down the trigger to use it. I used it for over an hour, straight, cleaning my very grimy, moldy, algae-covered, concrete patio (approx 400 sq ft), and felt no fatigue from holding it down for so long (occasionally, I had to stop to get the power cord and hose out of my way, but, only for a few seconds). I wore dish cleaning latex gloves to both prevent my hands from getting soaked (turned out not to be an issue, as very little water got anywhere on me, except due to accidental backsplash) and to keep a better grip on the trigger, which I found to be helpful.

How good is it at cleaning brick pavers?

Example: I have looked at the manual and can't figure out what I did wrong.
Asked by: gsgoblue
It did a great job on my brick pavers, which line both my driveway and front door walkway. The pavers had 50+ years worth of dirt, sand, mulch, road salt, etc, on them. When I was done (took about 10 seconds per brick), I couldn't get over how new they looked!

Will this clean home siding? Power enough or too power?

Asked by: M123
I had no problem removing algae, dirt, grime, etc, from my vinyl siding, though a very few tougher stains - - mostly at the bottom of the house where the landscapers failed to clean-up - - required hand cleaning. However, it did absolutely nothing to clean the same gunk off my 50+ year old cedar shingles. I used a sponge mop and hand sponge to clean those, which were VERY difficult to do, mostly due to the corrugated texture (i.e., easy to do the "peaks," if you will, but not the "valleys"). Aluminum gutters were a 50-50 result, with the unit easily removing leaves and dirt from the ground up toward the first floor gutters (don't even THINK about bringing it up a ladder to clean the gutters from the roof! That's just begging for trouble!!!); the unit left a lot of 20+ year old grime on the visible edge of the gutters, which had to be hand-cleaned with a sponge, soap, and bleach, which was VERY, VERY, difficult! I suspect that subsequent cleanings will be easier with the power washer, now that the old grime is gone!

Customer Reviews

1,900 psi 1.5 GPM Electric Cold Water is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 95.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Plenty of power for an electric washer. This product provides ample water spray pressure for an electric power washer. Works well around caulking and grout that a powerful washer might damage. As I noted in other reviews, winding the hose is cumbersome, but doable with some patience. The option is to wrap separate with a Velcro tie. Not a major issue. Ensure that the spray nozzle is fully locked onto the handle or it will fly off when pressure is applied. We lost a nozzle in the water in short order while spraying our dock area, into the deep water never to be seen again! This was our issue by failing to properly lock the nozzle. Very good product that I would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1900-PSI 1.5-GPM Electric Pressure Washer I replaced a gas-powered 2200 PSI pressure washer that I owned for the last five years with this model. I use it mainly around the pool concrete deck. The wand adjusts easily to different spray widths. It is quick to set up. The tools are on board. I am over 70 and I find this washer easy to move and store. The spray works as well if not better than my former gas-powered washer. It quickly removes the black mold that forms on the deck. I would recommend this for any person over 70 or women who like to use a pressure washer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value for money Machine is light weight, easy to move around and pretty powerful. Some difficulty getting connections right so it doesn't leak. But overall better than most other devices in this price range that I have owned and used.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good pressure washer for light to medium duty jobs For the price, the average do-it-yourself homeowner will be satisfied with the product. The multiple spray wands offer a wide range of cleaning options. The spray hose is fairly flexible and resists kinks for the most part. On the down side, the on-board hose reel is clumsy and when the handle is turned to wind up the hose the machine tends to fall over. Also the built in cord winder is under sized for the length of power cord. The machine does spray fairly hard for its size. Overall this is a good machine. Time will tell if it can stand up to repeated uses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for my patio's, driveway and garden furniture Easy to use and I am an elderly lady!!! Took my time and did area by area. Hand and elbow hurt after first use but not so bad now :-) Buy yourself a non kink hosepipe as that helps. Am very happy I bought this machine. Was paying $$$'s for a company to do this work... I can see that I will recover my out-lay in this year alone. Plus I can keep my house siding clean and maybe wash the car!!!
