Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SoapBartender TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK!
We used this only 3 or 4 times and it's really just a piece of junk. The pressure is not much greater than a garden hose that you've pinched off with your finger to make a spray and the hose connection broke off the first time we used it. Now it leaks profusely. We also have to keep punching the reset button on it every minute or two to get the pressure to come on. If I could give this zero stars I would. It was a complete waste of money!

Wow there are some horrible power washers out there. I couldn't believe the reviews I was reading. This power washer had the best reviews, so I went for it. I'm glad I did! It's a great washer and does the trick. Easy to put together and operate. We have two now. One for the house and one for the business.

I used this washer with AR Blue Clean's patio cleaner attachment and was very happy with it. It was easy to assemble, easy to use, and very effective at cleaning my driveway.

Will return, my box had already been opened so I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to work, but very underpowered although that was obvious with an electric, I think my garden hose can do about the same. There was actually water in my system! This item is only available online, so I don't know how an open box was sent to me. Lots of Plastic, makes it light but cheap and that's what this is. Also, last note I don't assume everything made in China is cheap, I just know every disreputable american company has their items manufactured there to the lowest standards. In this case you don't even get what you paid for!

I know because i burned one out. This thing wants water. I have a feeling that it actually pulls more water than is provided on tap. Therefore it needs proper suction. If there is anything dripping between the water source and the machine, that means air is getting in and not the water it requires. I tightened my hose nozzles, connected the machine to the nozzle directly with a hose, eliminated all leakage and boy did that make a difference. This thing has been an absolute monster. I've been going on a complete cleaning rampage of the exterior of my home and this thing has begged for more. Don't allow leaks to it's water supply, air will burn out and overheat the motor.

If you purchase this pressure washer you will find the following.
Had decent water pressure for cleaning vehicles, travel trailers, floors. Bigger jobs you'll need a gas powered unit.
Little slower in changing heads, than my old power unit.
Yes, it tips over if your not careful. But, I knew that when I purchased it by reading the reviews.
Opportunity for improvement: Ditch the plastic coupler and purchase a brass one.
Remember: To keep water pressure on before starting up the unit. Have strong and durable hoses to hook up to unit. Keep pressure hose from kinking up.

This has a lot of pressure and volume for an electric pressure washer. We have another AR electric that is 3.5x the price of this one. It can punch out about 30% higher pressure and gpm than this one. It can also go for 30-40 minutes at a time without a rest. We clean restaurants and commercial kitchens with them. We learned early in this business that 3/4" hoses move 2x the water of 5/8" hoses. No kinks, leaks or sharp bends. Most locations we have no problem reaching 2.5-3.0 gpm on our gas machine. For a greasy kitchen, that's too much. We thought we'd get away with 5/8" hoses on this machine. Nope, more performance with a 3/4". Don't run this more than about 10 minutes on, then 10 minutes rest and it will last a long time.

After assembling, which was easy, I turned on water and have leaks around the easy quick release fitting. Added a washer and still leaks somewhat.
The plastic made unit is very lightweight and falls over a lot. Can be a pain when you are trying to unwind and uncoil the water hose.
If you have 2 people working together, it is a lot easier to just have one person hold the unit so it doesn't tip over all the time.
I was disappointed in the time it takes to get it unwound and set up before you can use it but it does work with some leakage. If you don't have any patience, then don't buy this one...
