I purchased 2 pairs of this racks last year and I am purchasing more now. I found them more practical then those with full metal frame. I purchased 16 feet long pressure treated 2x4, ends fitted fine into base. This way firewood racks come to less then a half of cost comparing to those with full metal frame. To keep the wood above ground I am supporting racks with one cinder block on each end and one in the middle. Assembly of side pieces took me less time then assembly of those with full metal frame. I even piled chopped logs 6-12 inches above the height of sides. One 16 feet long rack stores huge amount of fire wood. What is another beauty of these racks is, when finished with firewood, I just puled 2x4 out of bases and store them on convenient place while metal sides are very easy to store anywhere else, they take very little room to store.

They hold a lot of wood...proportional to the length of 2"x4" lumber dedicated to the job.
The hoops for 2"x4" lumber are a good fit. Another brand had hoops that were too large and required wedges or lathe to fill the gap.
Unlike the ones I mentioned above, these frames require assembly...not a big deal, but... since the frames are split in the middle, they may not be as sturdy or...more importantly...as durable over time in the elements. Time will tell. My older frames are solid pipe, but these have a joint in the middle and 4 bolt holes per side that may allow water to enter the pipe and accelerate corrosion.
One also needs to pay attention during assembly, because there are screw holes on only one side of the 2"x4" hoop. The frames are not keyed i any way to ensure that the screw hole ends up on the outside. If the hole ends up on the "inside", it's a very tight fit for a drill/driver and screw. A minor annoyance...but an annoyance nonetheless.
Particularly aggravating was that, of the three pipe frame sets I purchased, two were missing hardware! The frames are assembled with two bolts and nuts per pipe joint...so each kit should have come with 8 bolts and nuts. All told, between three frame sets, I was short 2 bolts and 3 nuts!
Since these are standard 1/4 x 20 bolts and nuts, I drew from my inventory and finished assembly with my spare parts.
But...such lapses in quality control don't inspire confidence or admiration. So long as you hoard spare nuts and bolts and pay close attention when assembling the frames to ensure that the screw holes are on the "outside," these will do the job.

Great for the price. Does not include screws to use on the 2x4.

I haven't filled it to the top yet but it seems sturdy and I like the fact that I can adjust its capacity with different size 2 x 4s!

The assembly is straight forward. Firewood needs to on a level surface.
I used 16 foot 2x4's. The wood rack serves it purpose. Only negative thing is that it is made in china..

My husband loves this style of log rack because you can make it the size you want. He uses 12' 2x4's and loves the amount of wood he is able to put on them.

I wanted to take advantage of every inch of possible firewood space. This was able to do that and it will for you too.
