Answer: 
Advantech may be stiffer but you could double up on the ply or build a sturdier joist system. Consider Pressure Treated if you don't want to do anything to the wood. Also consider making your floor level and then putting down a product that lets the water drain away. You could put in a floor fan.

Pressure treated is mostly the choice for moisture exposed situations. You could use either. The primary advantage of using Advantech will be stiffness, whereas the advantage of PT ply will be moisture resistance ( from all sides). Keep in mind you could still cover your Advantech floor with something to solve against any moisture concerns. If you want to protect the floors, you'll likely use shop mats Read More

The primary advantage of using Advantech will be stiffness, whereas the advantage of PT ply will be moisture resistance ( from all sides). Keep in mind you could still cover your Advantech floor with something to solve against any moisture concerns. If you want to protect the floors, you'll likely use shop mats and roll on durable products like a deck-over product. BTW, the solvent in PT ply keeps you from applying such product and is usually toxic. Read Less
