Answer:
It's horrible—after opening the package and discovering its scent, I returned it to the store unused. The mildew smell in my washer is far more pleasant than the scented odor of this product. Avoid!

As listed on the package; sodium percarbonate, sodium carbonate
Same ingredient as in Oxyclean.Sodium percarbonate is a chemical, an adduct of sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide (a perhydrate), with formula 2Na2CO3 · 3H2O2. It is a colorless, crystalline, hygroscopic and water-soluble solid.[1] It is used in some eco-friendly cleaning products and as a laboratory source of anhydrous hydrogen peroxide.
Very expensive way to purchase a common inexpensive product.
The second ingredient is a simple water softener also very inexpensive to buy in bulk: Sodium carbonate (also known as washing soda, soda ash and soda crystals), Na2CO3, is a sodium salt of carbonic acid. It most commonly occurs as a crystalline heptahydrate, which readily effloresces to form a white powder, the monohydrate. Sodium carbonate is domestically well known for its everyday use as a water softener. It can be extracted from the ashes of many plants. It is synthetically produced in large quantities from salt (sodium chloride) and limestone by a method known as the Solvay process.
The sent is perfume and just covers the smell of the organic materials that build up in the washer. I have found that the liquid softeners are major contributor to the buildup and smell in washers. Downey and other liquids leave a sticky film behind that binds with dirt and lint which cause the problem. I have found that products like TileX remove the resulting mold and smell and not using liquid softeners prevents the return of the problem.
Save your hard earned dollars and by bulk sodium percarbonate (OxyClean) Read Less
