High Performance 90 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fan is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 44.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to install, powerful I had to run a 30 ft. run from a basement bath to the outside vent and the fan is powerful enough to exhaust the air with no difficulties. Although due to the long run I had to use a rigid pipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very quiet fan I needed an exhaust fan in a bathroom I'm renovating. I read the reviews and opted for this one. It installed easily between the floor joists. I wired a wall switch for it and powered a shower light from it. This fan runs so quietly I only know its on when I see the shower light is lit. No kidding, it's that quiet. Highly recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value; works great; difficult install as replacement Everything great (sound, CFM, value) except difficult install when you're replacing an existing fan (i.e., the ceiling is present). The "click in" bracket is only useful for new construction; it makes a replacement install problematic due to having to lower the unit before pushing it into place. However, the exhaust port makes the unit wider than the precut ceiling hole making it very difficult to lower the unit. Had to offset the bracket and expand the ceiling cutout, which is now hidden by the oversized vent cover.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not too bad The fan works well. The mounting bracket is cheesy and sloppy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job. Quiet operation might lead one to believe it wont be very efficient, but it seems to do the job very well. Low price was a big draw for me. I would buy another if needed. Ease of installation is contingent upon a joist or stud being immediately adjacent to the opening for the fan; so cut with care, or if replacing a broken unit, check your opening.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Built - Good Value for the money Excellent fan. Well constructed. Looks like it will last many years. Has a built in damper to keep drafts from coming back in when it's not running, insulated compartment for wiring with 3 knockouts to make it easier to wire. Also, has internal wiring plug to disconnect power without opening actual wiring compartment, nice touch. I installed it in my basement to provide continuous ventilation & reduce mildew & musty odors. Seems to be working well. We'll see how long it lasts under continuous operation. Given the amount of air it moves, it's also reasonably quiet. The only negative is that I have the fan in an unfinished ceiling & it requires wallboard to hold the cover on, so mine remains coverless.
