Fan moves air well. Good value for the money. Easy to install.

The fan works well. The mounting bracket is cheesy and sloppy.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Steve Very quiet fan
I needed an exhaust fan in a bathroom I'm renovating. I read the reviews and opted for this one. It installed easily between the floor joists. I wired a wall switch for it and powered a shower light from it. This fan runs so quietly I only know its on when I see the shower light is lit. No kidding, it's that quiet. Highly recommended.

Fan is a little loud, but not annoying at all. It works excellent. No fogged up mirrors. All the humidity gets pulled outside. Also works great pulling odors outside. There is No need to use an air freshener. It uses 4 inch duct instead of 3 inch. Has built in damper.

It's a little loud, but not too bad. It blows away my other 70 cfm fan. Great product.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by HandyAboutHouse For ceilings only. It is fairly quiet - good value.
This seems as though it will do the trick. I thought it seemed good value - quiet for the price. There are two things I didn't realize when buying: 1. it is ONLY for ceilings. It has a flap on the exhaust pipe which uses gravity to close when not in use, so you don't get a draft from outside into the bathroom. This will not close if it is mounted on a wall. 2. This is just a fan - the lbar in the middle is not a light - the old fan I had was the same shape with a light in the middle and I didn't look carefully enough at this!
The electrician found it quite tricky to get in place, but was pleased with the idea that it 'snapped in'

It really does not work well. I have to leave it on for over 2 hrs after taking a shower. Just not powerful enough for my bathroom (Installed in a bathroom about 5x10)
