Can I stain this? Or is it sealed? (but then I could at least paint it, no?)

Customer Reviews

ErgoGarden 102 Gal. Deck Box with Planter is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Home Depot should be embarrassed to sell this Material is of extremely cheap quality. Many of the pieces are mismatched. Pre-drilled holes are not of the same size (many too small for the hardware that is intended to go in them. Excess material within other drill holes not removed so must be re-drilled to correct size. Door hinges were warped so I utilized a different latch as the magnetic latches would not close due to the warp. Planter part of the .box was easy enough to assemble but not truly square to the frame (probably due to the flimsy nature of the framing material. Home Depot would be better off selling plans to this and make you buy good quality lumber from them. Would have been a better result and with better materials and probably less time assembling from scratch and just as many tools required to make the junk work that was supplied with this. Really it is way too expensive to burn this now that I have it assembled but it is very tempting to do it anyway. My 4 dogs have refused to go anywhere near this unsightly thing ...
