We just used this generator for the first time last night to power our sump pump when our power went out. We previously assembled the wheels and filled it with gas and oil, so it was ready to go. We were very pleased that it worked well for 9 hours while we slept on slightly less than a full tank of gas (with only the sump pump plugged in, which only intermittently draws power). It is slightly less noisy than other generators we have "heard" around the neighborhood, but it is still loud (I assume they all are). I kept wishing at 1 a.m. that someone could make a quieter one. But we are happy to have dry basement, so it did it's job.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dave easy starting
Bought the generator on line since it was not sold in the stores. Shippment was delivered on time and i was able to track it if i needed to. Assembly of the cart was pretty simple execpt one of the vibration mounts was in the way and i had to remove it. This is not a problem since i have the wheels. If u didn't have the wheels you would need the mount. Filled it with oil and gas and was and easy start and runs VERY quiet as it says. Bought the smaller versoin cause if we loose power I only want to run a few things not the whole house. I would recemend this to others that are looking for something this size

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stargazer Fingers crossed
First off, I'm not a big believer in generators, even though I run the electrical department at my Home Depot, but having lost power for the fifth year in a row (during the recient October Surprise storn) I bought this small generator. It is intended for EMERGENCY power, not to run the full house. I installed a single circuit transfer switch to operate my heating system and extension cords for the refrigerator and everything else. As a result I cut the total installed cost from about $1000 to less than $500. The generator ran fine during a test run, hopefully I won't need it for more.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jack Good Emergency Generator For The Price
No instructions provided for mounting the wheels and handle. Had to remove one rubber bumper so that front bracket could be mounted. Choke lever must be used very gently, not strong at all. On-Off switch arrived broken, due to one wheel being shoved into generator housing for shipping. Good cooperation from All Power America in solving issues and answering questions. Easy to move around, once the wheels and handle are attached. Filling oil is awkward, but a funnel comes with the unit and works well. A good emergency unit at a great price.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mikw Works well, after fuel tank leak fixed
When I first put fuel in the tank, fuel started running over the outside of the fuel valve (which was OFF), dripping onto the ground. I called the number given for All Power America, told of the problem. A week later, a replacement fuel tank and fuel valve arrived, which I fitted myself (they gave me the option of taking the generator to an All Power service center to have them fit the tank and valve).
After that, the generator worked fine in a short trial, simultaneously running my two freezers, refrigerator, and the gas fired, forced air heating system. It looks good value for use for emergency power during electric utility failure. I would have given it five stars if not for the fuel tank leak.
It needs moderate-sized wrenches or socket pieces (e.g. automotive wrenches) for the assembly of the mobility cart.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jerry Exceeded expectations
The generator cranked on first pull, ran from 11AM till 9PM on 3/4 tank of gas. It was quieter than expected, and ran everything at the camp without any interruptions or surges. It only took about 10 minutes to install the wheels and handles and fill it up with oil and gas...and it was ready to use. For camping, emergency power at home, or jump starting my truck and charging my boat batteries, this generator is a great buy for the money.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by needpower Poor quality!!
This generator is of poor quality. It arrived with an oil leak and a big dent in the pull start cover. The on off switch was loose in the hole (hole to big), the wiring did not look like it would last.
The box was not damaged so it must have been that way when they packaged it.
The only good thing about this transaction is that my local Home Depot store took it back without any problems.
