Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor so far. I would rate it zero stars. So far I am not satisfied at all with this product. The instructions are not complete or clear. The parts are listed incorrectly. The parts that came were not as described in the pictures. After I got it put together the best I could figure out due to poor instructions, the wheels are toed out and it makes it hard to move around. I call Ohio Steel that makes this (manufactured in Vietnam) and they said they would send me parts out to replace the missing and bent ones. I asked for an update on if these have been shipped and have not heard from them for a few days. I tried to used it in my lawn and the bolts that hold the tines on stick out where the plugs should pass through. Instead all that happens is the plugs get stuck in the tines, the plug are hard packed then instead of plugging holes in the lawn it punches holes in the lawn (no goose stuff). If they had assembled the bolts sticking out the other way (the way the pictures in the instructions show them) at least only the head of the bolt would be partial obstructing the plug flow instead of a 1" bolt blocking the flow of the plug. I'm not going to take all the bolts out and turn them around. The instructions are so bad they don't even follow them. I think this is going back to Home Depot my next trip into town.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from so bad, that i had to write a review I needed a core aerator and knew which one I wanted but the store only had these so I was forced to use it. I was on a tight budget and could not afford renting a real aerator. when I picked up the box I noticed clanking sounds and was a little concerned but payed no attention to it. Once I got back home and opened the box, hardware immediately fell all over the place. Assembly took me almost three hours! The instructions were for a different model, it didn't come with the right hardware, It was partially assembled and I had to take it apart to put it together. In the end I had to go up to the shop and scrounge for the parts that I needed which were missing. once I finally managed to piece this thing together it was an absolute nightmare operating! I used probably 150 lbs. of cinder blocks and only managed to get 3/4 " plugs. After about 10 minutes the left tire developed a concerning wobble and at this point I really didn't care. I painfully aerated 100,000 sq. ft. with it and hated every single second. quick summary: terrible product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job very well. One has to drive slowly due to very hard ground, but the lawn has looked much better since using this implement on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same as previous guy said I couldn't agree more with previous review. I bought it and spent two hours just trying to figure out why the wheels won't turn. The parts aren't labeled correctly on the instructions and there are extra parts and the instructions don't cluster of junk. I honestly haven't tried using it but I don't think it's going to work so I think I'm going to take it back to home depot but I'll try using it first. It's interesting that their $400.00 model gets great reviews. I wonder why they can't get the instructions and parts right? Makes for a huge headache and it makes me mad that I have to drive back into town...oh ya I already drove back in because one of the parts was bent so this is my second trip...assuming it doesn't work which I doubt it will. The wheels don't turn and one of the wheels is totally canted. Also there are holes drilled in the sides which are totally meant for something but they're not even mentioned in the instructions so I have no idea what they're for but they wouldn't be there if they weren't meant to do something.
