The AllFitHD Lawn Sweeper features an industry leading super capacity 26 cu. ft. heavy duty collector bag and an extra wide 50 in. sweeping path allowing you to get your lawn care done faster than ever. Exclusive patented spiral brush sweeps more efficiently than standard sweepers and puts less stress on gears for longer life. No-slip positive lock height adjustment will not vibrate out of position and has easy to remember height settings. Hopper easily empties by pulling rope from the seat of your tractor. Just reverse to debris or compost area, pull the rope and you're done. Extra wide 9 in. chute is less likely to clog, especially when sweeping damp grass clippings that clump together. 3-position hitch adjustment allows for efficient level operation with any tractor hitch height without the use of easy to lose spacer rings. AllFitHD attachments are manufactured by Ohio Steel, who for over 50 years has manufactured high-quality, innovative tractor and ATV attachments that help get the job done faster and with less effort.

We have three large oak trees which drop thousands of acorns every three years (we call it the "acorn apocalypse" when it happens). Curious if the brushes will pick up the fairly heavy acorns?

YEP, but don't overload it our you will need help lifting by hand as the rope won't do the job on heavy loads. Be sure to adjust the height setting if it won't pick up. I found at the lowest setting to the ground is not very useful as to much bending of the brush bends making it miss lots of stuff.

I think it might. If you set the setting to where the brushes are close to the ground. I know it picks up small twigs and have never actually tried larger twigs or branches, but acorns are pretty harmless. I would say it DOES pick them up with a couple of sweeps and you would have to empty it before it gets too heavy.

How well does it work on uneven and sloping ground. My yard is in the foothills and has a 10-15 degree slope in some places.

Worked really well on slopes, if your tractor has the power to pull it fully loaded up hill you shouldn't have a problem.

My pine needles were on a slope, but not 10-15 degrees...more like 5-7 degrees. In addition, the ground here is a bit uneven and bumpy in this area, but it did a great job.

I have had do issues with the sweeper on steeper grades. I have never experienced a problem or even a perceived problem with it turning over and after several uses doubt there will be a problem.

Hi Scott,
As long as your mower/lawn tractor can safely mow on the slope then you should be able to tow the lawn sweeper. However, due to the added drag and towing weight it may be more difficult to go straight up a slope, if at all. If you can, it would be best to safely sweep along the side of the slope instead of down or up the slope.

The sweeper only picks up debris that the sweeper brushes can reach. If your yard has a slow rolling "up and down" terrain the sweeper should work fine. Read Less

Yes. It sure does... you have to take out some tension rods, some quick release pins and press some snap buttons. Not something I would want to do daily but at end of season or long periods of no use.

It does, but you have to remove those dreaded tension rods first. I think, personally, I'll just leave it with the tension rods in place. They are too difficult for me to replace.

Only with a rear discharge mower. Side shoots just keep pushing the clippings further. You can but will most likely have to do it alone to get it all.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great time saver We've got a little guy now so I don't have the time to keep up with mowing as well as I used to; used to take me a couple of hours to rake grass clippings, now I'm done in 15-20 minutes, can't wait to use it on leaves this fall. It is large though, plan on disassembling for winter storage. I added a T-handle for dumping the hopper. June 7, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great lawn sweeper This lawn sweeper was easy to assemble and worked better then expected! June 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really impressed I've had the sweeper for about 2 months and am very happy with the purchase. I scoured the 'net reding reviews of every sweeper I could find and most were not flattering. It seems most sweepers are junk. Not the case with this one. First impression out fo the box was "50 inches is B-I-G." It does take up room in the shed, but then again the yard is big too. No issues at all with assembly, took about an hour. Ive used it about 6 times and it works wonderfully. May 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's Okay The write up says "Hopper easily empties by pulling rope from the seat of your tractor." The cord supplied is small diameter, and with the weight of a full collector bag, it is not easy to pull. The empty weight of the collector bag has a tendency to pull the cord from your hand. When doing a large yard, this is very tiring. I find it easier to get off the tractor. June 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Sweeper! Item arrived as described. Easy to put together. It's an excellent size and appears to be of good quality. We have only used it a few times so far. The size has cut down our sweeping time! June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great sweeper I was surprised how easy it Assembled. This yard sweeper pick up leaves, branches up to 3/4" round, small rocks and stones, and of course grass. I'm very happy and would buy this again. May 25, 2016
