It's an inexpensive fence and it feels that way. It is easy to assemble the sections and install. It also looks really nice when it's up. It's just a very lightweight product and if your really looking for a security fence, this is probably not what you want. I used it around my yard for two purposes...to keep the dog in the yard and to surround the pool to meet the code. Works just fine for that.

I ordered this fence a few years ago and now ordered some more panels. The gap between the two rails across the top are 3" different than just a few years ago so they don't match up with the previous fence I bought even though they have the same name. They have put the holes 3 inches lower. Not only that, they have gone opposite with the bars. Before its was starting long, short, long short. Now it's backwards. So again, the fence does not match up. I got the product and I was missing all the screws, I was short on fence post caps. pre-drilled holes in the bars were sometimes drilled on the wrong side. And they sent me some short bars that were 3" shorter than the rest, and the holes did not line up. They must have been bars for another fence. Terrible experience overall.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DMark Terrific product with a great look
My son needed to contain a black lab with lots of energy, and a line-out wasn't working. This fence and gate fit the need perfectly. Assembly was very easy and the construction was well thought out.

It didn't take long to get a system down for assembling the fence. I used two work horses and a sheet of plywood for an assembly table . I'm 72 and standing to assemble made it much easier. It only took about 10 minutes per section once I got going. A power driver is a must. I used my rechargeable drill. I had to step down on a hill and found that drilling and cutting new rail holes was not difficult with drill and saber saw. I was pleased that all parts and ample screws were included with my order. I assembled , dug post holes and cemented post for the complete assembly with only a little help from one of my grand children. I really liked the adjustable spring gate feature.

I began the install by opening the shipment of parts. There was a deformity in one of the aluminum horizontal rails. The contents did not match the on line description and the pre indented screw dimples on the vertical rails did not match up with the holes on the horizontal rails. I had to return to Home Depot. They were very nice and apologized and gave me a refund, but waste of time.

I. ordered 3 panels, but only 1 box came with black screws to assemble. I had to go to home Depot and they did not have the blk screws, not even the same size. Had to go to Lowes they did not have the black one either, but did have the right size in stainless steel.also had to buy black spray paint, to touch up the stainless steel screws.not happy having to spend almost 2 hrs looking for the screws, an then painting them. Cost of items was 15.88. Have already told my neighbors about this situation.

I experienced an unusual problem so my opinion is a bit swayed. At least on rail in a box of 4 sections had the holes offset from the holes for the pickets. It would be a simple task to drill new holes but then you are left with 'extra' holes on the rail. At almost $60 per section I would prefer not. Also, I would love to get my hands on the joker that put in a bag of screws, mostly square recess with 20, or so, philips head. I love the fence sections. They are sturdy and look good. So, would I recommend them? Yes, but be prepared, and warned.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cougars17 Nice looking fence. Fairly easy to assemble. PLAN!!
Determining all of the right pieces to order was a challenge. Thankfully the processing desk realized I had ordered duplicate parts (e.g. the gate comes with hinges and gravity latch, but nowhere could I find that info in the product description). The fence was overall easy to assemble. Some of the pre-drilled holes for screwing pieces together don't perfectly line up, but were close enough to manage. I wouldn't have wanted to put it together with out an electric screwdriver/drill. A couple of the pieces were damaged and wouldn't fit in their slots. Thankfully my project required an extra length of fence so I had extra parts. The competed sections of fence easily fit in to the end posts and transitional posts. For the corner posts I had to cut notches in the ends of the cross members for it to fit together (not hard, just took some time). My biggest problem was with the gate - I set the end posts 1/2" too narrow and had to improvise a solution to allow it to close. Setting these posts is probably the most important step in the process -make sure you have set enough space to allow for the hinges/latch. The spring hinges are great if you want the door to automatically shut. Since I didn't want this, I replaced them with black door hinges from Home Depot.
