It didn't take long to get a system down for assembling the fence. I used two work horses and a sheet of plywood for an assembly table . I'm 72 and standing to assemble made it much easier. It only took about 10 minutes per section once I got going. A power driver is a must. I used my rechargeable drill. I had to step down on a hill and found that drilling and cutting new rail holes was not difficult with drill and saber saw. I was pleased that all parts and ample screws were included with my order. I assembled , dug post holes and cemented post for the complete assembly with only a little help from one of my grand children. I really liked the adjustable spring gate feature.

I experienced an unusual problem so my opinion is a bit swayed. At least on rail in a box of 4 sections had the holes offset from the holes for the pickets. It would be a simple task to drill new holes but then you are left with 'extra' holes on the rail. At almost $60 per section I would prefer not. Also, I would love to get my hands on the joker that put in a bag of screws, mostly square recess with 20, or so, philips head. I love the fence sections. They are sturdy and look good. So, would I recommend them? Yes, but be prepared, and warned.

I recently searched all over for this type of fencing. You cant beat this price nor quality. Lowes was wanting nearly twice as much for a lesser quality fence. Very easy to put up. Awesome poduct. I am very pleased. I was able to put up 150 feet in two days all by myself using manual post hole diggers. Highly recommend it!!! Also fence rakes nearly 12 inches for yards with slopes.

While installing a fence yourself is alot of work, this is definitely worth the money you will save. Good quality of materials. No shipping damage (everything was delivered to us by UPS). We installed this on a very sloped back yard, and we could adjust the fence to handle the angle without any problem.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cougars17 Nice looking fence. Fairly easy to assemble. PLAN!!
Determining all of the right pieces to order was a challenge. Thankfully the processing desk realized I had ordered duplicate parts (e.g. the gate comes with hinges and gravity latch, but nowhere could I find that info in the product description). The fence was overall easy to assemble. Some of the pre-drilled holes for screwing pieces together don't perfectly line up, but were close enough to manage. I wouldn't have wanted to put it together with out an electric screwdriver/drill. A couple of the pieces were damaged and wouldn't fit in their slots. Thankfully my project required an extra length of fence so I had extra parts. The competed sections of fence easily fit in to the end posts and transitional posts. For the corner posts I had to cut notches in the ends of the cross members for it to fit together (not hard, just took some time). My biggest problem was with the gate - I set the end posts 1/2" too narrow and had to improvise a solution to allow it to close. Setting these posts is probably the most important step in the process -make sure you have set enough space to allow for the hinges/latch. The spring hinges are great if you want the door to automatically shut. Since I didn't want this, I replaced them with black door hinges from Home Depot.

Purchased more than $2grand of this fencing 4 years ago. tree fell on one 6' section so had to be replaced. Had my paperwork on purchase so went on line to purchase another 6' section. nothing in description said that the fence was a few inches different. got the fence section home and assembled. pulled out bent section of fence and then noticed that the middle rail close to top of fence was 2 inches lower than original fence. This is manufacturer problem. They like to change things up a bit in hopes of someone having to purchase the entire fence again. I had to basically rebuild the fence section, putting screws in where no holes were etc., so that it would connect to my existing fencing. Same brand, same manufacturer and same item number ordered previously. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend this fencing to anyone as the manufacturer changes the product. I also had to replace a 3' gate. The gate fit, but was designed differently from the original gate. Pathetic is all I can say.

If you are looking for good fence, but want to keep cost down, this is your product.
Be prepared to assemble each and every piece of the fence section with screws provided.
Once you get a routine down, it does not take long if you make sure you have the correct phillips bit size on your drill / driver and put the screws in with the right pressure and speed. Once I got going, I didn't have any trouble putting the sections together in about 10 minutes or less.
Other than hinges or latches on the gates, this is the only part of the system that needs to be pre-assembled.

This was very simple to assemble lots of screws but simple. This fence saved us a good bit of money over paying a fence company. Looks great around our pool .
