can these be used on concrete? Part of my fence will be on concrete and the rest on dirt..... Is there something else I would need to get instead?

Answer: 
Thank you for your interest in our products. Installation on concrete would require the use of our Base Flange, #202676285, available on homedepot.com. You would cut the post shorter when using the Base Flange.
