Answer:
Yes it can be used and cut using a carbide skills. Sawor jigsaw blade. My only question is what flooring surface you plan to use.?
If you are using wood or carpet I would suggest the OSB version as it is more flexible and tough since a travel trailer has a lot of movement -shear and twist .
Good luck

Answer:
The Amdry Insulated subfloor panels should always go down first - making for one smooth contineous insulated and vapor barrier floor.
All walls and partitions should be constructed once the full floor is in place.

The Mag board is mortar ready and once panels are glued together they firm a solid floating water resistant platform.
Only areas that should be anchored down are at te base of stairs - doorway thresholds and if you have a walkout the panels within 4 ft if the doorway as all these ares see significant traffic and transition strest.
Please make sure all panels are fkat-level and there is no spongeeness. If any panels appear to move up and down simply tap on directly to the concrete with 1 or 2 screws 12 inch on center. Do not over torque screws simply snug up against the concrete pad.
We recommend you use 1/2 or 3/4:grooved mortar trowel.
Good luck
Howard.

Customer Reviews

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to install. Great company! This product is the perfect solution for inorganic basement flooring - to avoid mould. It's resistant, durable and easy to install. Plus the manufacturer (Amvic) is excellent in customer service. They will go out of their way to help you. July 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Product I installed this product in my basement bathroom along with the R7 wood panels in the rest of the basement. The issue I had with this product was how they connected. It is just hardy board over the top of Styrofoam. So screws are not going to do anything. Most of the boards were a little crowned so they did not sit completely flat on floor. I glued the panels to the floor as well as to each other with a Styrofoam approved adhesive. I also used a thin set that is suppose to flex to prevent cracking. I used mesh tape on the joints and lastly used an epoxy grout to make sure I didn't have any tiles pop or have grout crack. Very happy with the wood panels as well. Basement is much warmer. August 14, 2015
