This vanity replaced a 40 year old cabinet in a rental unit. This unit will not last that long. It is cheaply made ..... staples holding the cabinet together .... drawer rails supported in from by 1/4 inch screws and masonite. It came damaged (a side panel which is not visible ... so I did not return/exchange it)
For the price, frankly, I'm disappointed as well. If I paid 100 dollars I would not expect much in terms of quality construction. However one does not need pay 500 for dollars for a quality unit. So .. this unit falls in between. Yes .. it will work ... yes it looks nice. But .. no ... it's not a quality made nor quality material product.

I purchased and had this vanity installed by my builder in a lower level bathroom. About 6 mos after installation the guides fell out of the sprockets and the drawer fell inside the cabinet. Upon investigation it was discovered the sprockets were broken and did not hold the drawers in place. I have replaced these sprockets several times and they continue to break. The drawers are heavy and the plastic sprockets are not strong enough to hold the weight of the drawers.i don't put anything in the drawers as this has been a problem since they were installed. I am completely dissatisfied with this product and would not purchase American Classic products in the future. Also I called RSI last week to request replacement sprockets and spoke to a customer service agent who sent me, to my surprise, just 1 sprocket, not a set for right and left sides of the drawers. I have two drawers that need a complete set of replacement sprockets. I cannot fix the problem with 1 sprocket. I could use some help as I do not want to pay a carpenter to replace the complete vanity because of an inferior design...

We read the reviews about this cabinet and went ahead and bought 2 - 36" to install in a 72" space in spite of the reviews with problems with the drawer rails. We reinforced them with heavy duty construction glue BEFORE installing and, it's been almost a year, and they're fine. They look very nice in our bathroom with a 72 inch double sink top from St. Paul (also bought from Home Depot.)

The cabinet is about as cheaply made as Ive seen.
Why even bother selling this kind of junk. The drawer slides fall off the back of the cabinet and its so flimsy its hard to repair it.
So im taking this back. what a waste of time and money.

Cabinet expects drain and supply pipes on the left, not centered. Needed to cut out the back which is problematic because of the drawer supports. Just check before you buy.
other expected quality problems with poor particle board construction, like chipped kick plate out of the box. Drawer construction surprisingly good.
