Answer:
Thank you for your interest in the 50 Series Single Hung Fin Vinyl windows. Either a buck or flange style window would be recommended for installation into a stucco style home, rather than a new construction fin window. For additional product information, please visit www.americancraftsmanwindows.com.

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent choice This was easy to install, and I'm happy with the quality. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy installation, simple function Great inexpensive solution - I wish I could install these at every window location in my house... October 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Windows! We found the windows to be excellent value and easy to install. August 18, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by stuck in the middle Looks are very basic, great price. Quality of framing is very cheap, gaps between side rails and top/bottom. We ordered 2 widths 24" & 36". The 24's seem to handle the Wisconsin winters' the 36's are terrible, leak like crazy where the pains meet in the middle. I don't know if this is a problem craftsmanship or just the nature of a vinyl window. Would recommend the product for a smaller window' nothing much wider than the 24". April 5, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by don't last the windows don't last ! ! ! ! ! Very difficult to repair. I have several that have been repaired yet have failed again. Apparently the vinyl is not hard enough to hold the spring mechanism. I would avoid these if you don't want headaches March 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Windows Just put my first two out of four windows in. I'm giving them a 5 star because of the quality for the price. They aren't aesthetically gorgeous. . .I'd love to have done casement windows, but these are such a better value. They form a tight seal when closed, the screen is good (though I can't figure out how to remove it). Shipping was good, and you can use the wood in the packaging to shim and fill any gaps. The best thing is knowing these are absolutely weatherproof, and you can see the low-e coating if you look at them from outside at the right angle (looking up toward the sky at dusk) - the coating is not visible in most conditions, but I like to know that it really is there! I can put my hand next to the window in the sunshine and not feel heat coming through, that's great. November 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great windows for the price Good quality, light, easy to install. We have vinyl siding, so it wasn't too tough to pop of the vinyl and install the new-construction windows. Remember window tape, and there is a little bit of extra plastic on each corner that I had to cut back to fit brick mold snugly around the window. Check the box and unwrap completely when they arrive, I did get one broken window which held up the project for a week, but HD replaced completely. March 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value to Look Ratio For the budget friendly window replacement, these are great. They install easily and function as expected. They are priced reasonably and I would recommend anyone who is looking to replace their old storm windows. March 30, 2014
