Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible purchase Purchased our windows around 2008. They are the WORSE!!!!!!!!!!! We bought 4 American Craftsman windows and they all fall down from the top when we open from the bottom. There are definitely difficiencies in the windows. You may be happy now but give them a few years. July 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase We installed ourselves and the price was very good. Very happy with the quality, I want to replace all my windows with them. July 12, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by stuck in the middle Looks are very basic, great price. Quality of framing is very cheap, gaps between side rails and top/bottom. We ordered 2 widths 24" & 36". The 24's seem to handle the Wisconsin winters' the 36's are terrible, leak like crazy where the pains meet in the middle. I don't know if this is a problem craftsmanship or just the nature of a vinyl window. Would recommend the product for a smaller window' nothing much wider than the 24". April 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value Excellent appearance for the price. Would purchase again. June 24, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by don't last the windows don't last ! ! ! ! ! Very difficult to repair. I have several that have been repaired yet have failed again. Apparently the vinyl is not hard enough to hold the spring mechanism. I would avoid these if you don't want headaches March 9, 2015
