Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Scotty Very Poor Choice for replacement window
a) on the 31 x 19 window the frame is proportionally huge taking up space and leaving you with a tiny window.
b) the sliding mechanism allows the window to easily be lifted up out the track, making it a terrible choice if security is a concern. The moves so high you slide a screw driver under it, similar to how sliding glass doors are sometimes broken into, but worse. You can move the entire thing with just hand from the the outside.
c) I bought two, on one the window is mal-formed so it barely slide over enough to allow the locking mechanism to work, leaving dents in the frame where it missing.
d) due the sliding off track problem again, the outside of one of my windows cracked.
e) the screens don't fit (at least not on mine) not sure why they would design screens that can't be popped in
a) the installation was easy
b) the windows looks nice if you get past the frame taking up so much real estate and don't mind a tiny window in it's place.
c) you can slide them open.
Overall: I guess you get what you pay for here. For $100 it's a window. My other windows are Weathershield windows and in a different league. This window is minor league for sure. I would never buy this brand again though.

This was to replace an old window in a basement. The frame is larger than you think, so actual window size is small, but it lets the light in and opens. Easy to put in.

Product as expected. Would purchase again. Fits nicely between 2x6 pole barn girts hung on 2' intervals.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by jbar28 It's not really 19" tall
As one other reviewer mentioned, which I did not see until after I bought this, the unit packaging says it is 19x31 for a 18.75" x 30.75". But when I unwrapped the unit, it's only 18.25" tall, and the sticker on the window confirms this. I don't understand why it's labeled one size on the outer packaging and another size on the inner packaging. I was still able to use it, but had to make some adjustments to the opening after I thought I was done.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nickname Instructions leave a lot to be desired
I purchased this window in a custom order size to replace my 40 year old single pane sliding windows in my bedroom. (69x36). I reused the old window frame which made installation a breeze.
The installation instructions are horrible. Luckily this wasn't our first replacement window installation, otherwise I would have been very lost. The instructions don't even mention the gap expander or sill angler which are included.
There is a "this end up" on the packaging wrap, other than that there is no indication of which end is up for the installation process. Although you would figure out right away if you installed the windows upside down as the glass would be loose and fall out on it's own.
Other than the poor instructions this is a very good window at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs custom ordered sliding replacement windows.

Pretty good quality, fit and finish etc. Feels like a good window and it was a good price.
I knocked it down to 2 stars because its not actually 19 inches tall. It says 18.25 inches on the window sticker that came on it, and it measures a little closer to 18", and without the flange its close to 17". This made the product useless to me.
