Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 27 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase We installed ourselves and the price was very good. Very happy with the quality, I want to replace all my windows with them. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value Excellent appearance for the price. Would purchase again. June 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great window. Great price. I used this window to repacement one in my fifth wheel trailer. It looks perfect. February 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Online Specs are wrong. Now I'm stuck with the wrong window due to timing issues. Previous online review of specs being incorrect on the internet is absolutely correct. The product specifications are wrong. According to this website this window should be efficient enough to qualify for local power company rebates as part of an upgrade program. When I opened the window at home the specs listed on the official data sheet did not match what was listed online and the actual specs were not efficient enough to qualify for the rebate I had already budgeted for this project. Unfortunately for me I had a hole in the side of my house and did not have the luxury of time to order a new one. I also did not see review from previous online reviewer indicating this problem. Home Depot needs to review their own product descriptions online. Everything else about the window went great, it just wasn't the window that Home Depot said I was buying. Bummer. September 29, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by specs on website are wrong. went to Homedepot to purchase window, and was told that the online price is cheaper for same size window and with better U-factor of .29 than what is currently carried instock at the store. so I placed the online order and waited 2 weeks. when the window arrived and was tightly pack and proteced in wood frames/cardboards/styrofoam...after tearing apart the packaging, I noticed the stickers on the window is not what is advertise on the webiste, U-factor read .34 along with other specs that did not matched webiste. quality of build also questionable, as there were pieces of tape and caulking, etc sticking out from seams and corners. I returned it to the store and exchanged for what is instock. October 7, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible purchase Purchased our windows around 2008. They are the WORSE!!!!!!!!!!! We bought 4 American Craftsman windows and they all fall down from the top when we open from the bottom. There are definitely difficiencies in the windows. You may be happy now but give them a few years. July 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent choice This was easy to install, and I'm happy with the quality. July 26, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy and subtle Installation was easy, however the mounting fins are thick and the corner seams where they were joined pushed the trim out resulting in somewhat large caulk joints. The windows themselves are easy to use and exceed my expectations. February 25, 2015
