35.75 in. x 53.25 in. 70 Series Double Hung Buck Vinyl Window with Grilles - White is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy install, great looks I recently purchased three of these windows, the same window I purchased and installed about 4-5 years ago on another project. They can't be any easier to install, it takes more time to get the old double hung wood windows out and prep the opening than it does to install them. Although the house is old the openings have remained generally square so I didn't need to do much shimming in order to get the windows plumb and level. I noticed that the locks are different and they don't operate quite as easily as the windows I installed a few years ago. But the sashes work nicely and the tilt-in feature is invaluable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE these windows!! Easy to put in and look beautiful! My husband has never put in windows, so he was very upset when I purchased these. He tackled it though and he found it to be fairly easy after he got into it. They open and close easily and lock nicely. Look great! I was worried about losing the original charm of my old windows but quickly got over it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy install I am replacing 15 windows in a 1950's house. The old windows come out so easy and these popped in perfectly. I really like the indicator on the latch that tells you if the latch is open or closed. My only complaint is that I would prefer the 2 sashes to be tighter where they meet. I can't tell if air will leak through them. But overal a very nice product

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase this window I own and maintain 17 apartment units and installed 11 of these windows in one of the units. In one years time, three of the windows metal coil ballasts snapped. I went to the store and talked to the window expert and he was no help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent window for the money! Replaced the three windows in the bedroom I'm converting to office in our 75 year old home. Immediately noticed the difference in outside noise and drafts were completely eliminated. Very easy to install. Highly recommend .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad windows I installed 12 of @American Craftsman windows 9years ago here in Tampa. Two of them are having a seal problem that discolored the glass. I called customer service and was told they would cover the replacement of the glass only, leaving me to pay for a Glaser to repair them. With the work to remove the sections, and pay the labor for the Glaser, it would be cheaper to install a whole new window.
