We installed the door on the 10' side without any problem.
I wouldn't depend on the wire to keep a large, determined dog to stay inside, but that's just an opinion. Adding more ties to hold the bottom of the wire to the bottom rail might help in that case . . .

No, the door only fits one way. I'm not sure about wire guage... it's thin compared to most chain link I've seen. Very easy to bend.

Answer:
the door only fits on one end or the other - it does swing in and out and was easy to install - the gauge is a little bigger than average chainlink - chix can put their heads thru the chainlink without hurting themselves.

Answer:
The gate can be installed on any of the four walls of the kennel. There is an instructional video on the Home Depot website that we recommend watching prior to assembly.
The wire is 11-1/2 gauge galvanized steel.

Answer:
The door should be able to be put on either the left or the right of the front. You can't put it anywhere except on the 6 foot end area. You can turn the kennel itself to align the door differently but you can't put the door in a long side.

The title states 6ft. x 10ft. x 6ft. but under the Specs dimensions it shows no 10ft. dimension. Depth is listed as 74.875" and then H and W are listed at 72". 10ft should obviously be listed as 120". How large is this kennel?

I'm not sure why your specs read as they do. However it is 10 ft. in length x 6 h x 6 w. We couldn't be happier with ours. As you can see in the picture, I butted the cage up against my back patio and added a doggie door which we also bought from Home Depot.

Answer:
Yes you can. I did it. It just takes a bit of creativity. We made ours into an L shape. The only additional hardware we got were these u shaped things readily available at the fencing section at Home Depot to hold it to the garage since we opt to have one side not fenced in (because it's up against the garage). Otherwise, we used up most of the items provided in both kits.

Answer:
No. This is a frame kennel, so it is a fixed length. You could make a 10x12, with some extra hardware. Home Depot does sell kennels made with panels.

Answer:
The kennel does come apart to disassemble, but it only weighs about 120 pounds fully assembled, with a person on each corner, you can actually pick it up and move it around your yard, much like a pop up canopy is moved. Make for easy gardening too. You don't need to disassemble it unless you absolutely have to.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome dog kennel, used for a rabbit run, great item. The kit was on sale for $199.00, it is awesome, it's a 6' w, x 10' L, x6' tall, originally for dogs I bought this for my rabbits. I have a small herd & they love it. A few of the areas, like around the gate are almost accessible for smaller bunnies to get out. But as far as a dog kennel, this is great. Very sturdy, solid, no posts to dig, easy assembly. Even though the diagram shows the wrong image on the inside of the instructions, follow the directions, they are correct, the diagram has an extra "E" bar above the gate. There is only one, not two together. It took a few minutes to realize this, but the picture shows two "E" bars above the gate connected, this would make it 12' wide, there is only one "E". The diagram on the cover of the manual is correct, the detailed picture on the inside of the manual has two "E" bars over the gate, there is only one. August 25, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Too Unassembled When I ordered this kennel online for in store pickup, I didn't realize it was completely unassembled! It would have taken me years to put this together or I would have had to hired someone which completely made it not worth the price. I opened the end of the box, took a look inside (it was the rolled up mesh that did me in) and took it back for a refund. August 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Used for chickens it works awesome Easy to put together by myself, easy instructions, all pieces were there. I set this up for my chickens and have purchased two of them for more room. The going rate for chain link dog runs makes this a good deal. it is not the same quality as chain link fencing but it is pretty sturdy. I am more worried about keeping dogs out than in! I do not like the wire ties that it came with so I purchased a roll of wire and cut pieces to fit. August 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best I cannot recommend the purchase of this kennel. It took a great deal of time to put together as the chain link was folded flat and was tangled when removed from the box. The metal bands to connect the chain link to the bars are very difficult to attach even using pliers! The finished product is okay but my bloodhound puppy is able to push the gate open. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by You get what you pay for... I as well bought this for the use of housing chickens. With that being said, I only bought this out of desperation after not being able to find a used dog kennel the size we needed on craigslist. Let me assure The American Kennel Club and any reviewer that there is nothing American about this kennel, it is typical cheap Chinese stuff, and I figured that and accepted that going into the purchase. It is pretty self explanatory that this it is a kit do to the fact that it comes in a box... so there was no confusion there. We ended up taking the first one back because when we arrived back home and started to assemble it we found several of the connector poles had crushed ends, and there was no damage to the box we had picked out. Normally I would have just returned it but we were in a bind so we exchanged it, this time opening the box at Home Depot and going through it the best we could. The Home Depot people we great during the whole exchange. Putting it together is pretty straight forward and there is a video on the Home Depot website as well. Wrapping the thin gauge chain-link around the outside is a bit cumbersome, the biggest problem and gripe that we had was the roll of fencing itself. The instructions state to unroll the tightly packed roll of fencing and repair and re-crimp any ends that "might" have separated, then roll it back up like a rug. Well, I would say at least 1/3 of the links had come undone on both sides, so we went down each side with a pair of needle-nose pliers repairing all of them. Then when you roll it back up and then unroll it around the outside of the frame they get caught up on each other and some separate again. I think it would be easier and more efficient to stretch it between each panel like you do for the door, but that is me. It will work for what we need it for but I would have paid a little more for a used kennel that was the typical heavy duty one that is made out of actual chain-link. August 22, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It's ok.... Quality not so great. I would not trust leaving a large dog in it for any length of time. Putting the frame together was not hard but the fencing material was all tangled up together and uneven. It took us about 5 hours to straighten it out and put the tops and bottoms of the fencing back together right. If I had to do it over I spend the extra money and get a sturdier one. July 24, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This is lousy I was totally misled by the picture and the title of the product-chain link kennel. They forgot to mention this is a KIT!!!! Thought I was purchasing panels to attach to each other. This in reality is a kit. You must assemble the poles. Stretch the chain link around. Fasten it all. Took 4 hours so far and STILL isn't done. Wish I would've known. I would've purchased something else. August 12, 2016
