I'm not convinced the people who designed this shower head actually tested it before shipping it to stores.
It looks awesome.
The suction cup doesn't suction.
It leaks from one of the joints at the top, not where it connects into your existing plumbing.
The backflow valve drains when you turn the shower off. If you have a narrow shower, like myself, it will splash water out of the shower upsetting you even more.
The water pressure is APPALLING.
For ~$80 bucks, it actually made my shower worse! This is a step backwards for shower heads everywhere. I'm taking this back as soon as it dries out.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Frontier7840 Works great! No issues after 3 months of use.
It seems like a lot of people have problems with this product; for me it is working great and certainly in terms of value beats the $800. price tag of similar products. Sure it is plastic and may not last 20 years, but again $90 bucks vs. $800. I used the adhesive cup to attach the bottom of the rod after the tile wall, smooth matt finish, was cleaned with alcohol. The instructions don't explain using the Teflon tape, but if the tape is installed properly and the fittings really snugged up; I didn't have any leaks. I must admit I was concerned tightening the fitting after reading other reviews, but I think applying the Teflon tape properly, just one wrap, and using a rag to get the slight extra twist makes the difference.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by gordie A great shower head system and easy to install.
After re-tiling we wanted a stylish and functional twin shower head for our walk-in shower. I looked at much more expensive products but could see no advantages over this one. It was easy to install and has now worked without problem for six months. For us the water flow is 2.5 gal/min with both heads open and still 2.2 gal/min with just one. We very much like how, even on the spray setting, the water jets remain focused in a narrow pattern instead of a diverging cone as most shower heads give. (Less than a 12" circle down to floor level.)
An excellent product at a good price. I am impressed.

After reading reviews from other sites I purchased this model. I consider myself handy and have installed many of these in the past. The installation was easy but the product leaked at several of the connections even though I followed the instructions and used Teflon tape where required. Trying to tighten the connections resulted in cracking one of them due to plastic construction. In addition, I used the self adhesive tape to hold the bar in place which would not hold even after the required cleaning of the area and 12 hour wait period. The suction cup method may work better if you have the right surface for that.
Over all the quality of this product is very poor especially for 88 bucks!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DIYfamily Very Disappointed
We bought this for our bathroom remodel because of the dual head & 5 shower setting. Like other reviews, the suction will not stick to the wall. There is NO pressure, which renders either head's "massage settings" virtually useless. The head appears wide so you would think the spray would cover -- not! We are skinny people, but the water only covers half our bodies. Even trying to use both heads at once to cover doesn't really do the job.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rheutillius The best of this item
At age 79 and 36 residences in my life I have seen a lot of showers. Nothing else has come as close as this one to perfection. Inexpensive? No. Perfect? Yes. I primarily use the removable head which can be infinitely adjusted without removing it and then I remove it to rinse off. I, a BK amputee, am sitting on a shower stool but my wife who showers standing also loves it. We have one in each of our 2 showers.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by HusbandDIY Great looking showerhead but needs improvement
This you can only install once. 1.If for any reason you have to rewmove it and reinstall, it will leak. 2.The adhesive on the round part that mounts to the wall keeps coming out. It needs a stronger adhesive pad or one that can bolt on. 3. The handheld portion will slide on the vertical bar. It would also be great if the bar was longer so that little kids could more easily reach it. For the price, it has the looks. It is a tough one to recommend.
