I read other reviews complaining that their elbows kept hitting the handle because the shower head distance wasn't long enough to shower comfortably; the length is only 15" I believe.

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Pleased I love the waterfall effect and this high quality, reasonably priced product, does not disappoint. Installation was very straightforward. You can trust the quality, and the nickel finish adds a classic look. June 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful, but not designed well. It took over 9 months to install this trim kit. Nearly every part had to be replaced by American Standard, which they did do without hassle. However, the faucet handle did not light up perpendicular, the tub spout wiggles due to the slip-on deign and it leaks behind the shower. So yes, you will have to caulk around this “high-end” kit to keep water out. September 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great and looks great. My wife and I are very pleased with the Berwick shower trim kit we got from Home Depot. We had the plumber install it without the little plastic water saving restrictor, however. The shower feels great and puts out a lot of water which speeds up the time it takes to get wet and rinse off. You don't have to "move around" to get wet. The on/off valve is smooth, but doesn't have a way to control water volume, just temperature. The design is quite elegant and looks fine with our "brushed nickel" accessories even though American Standard calls it "satin nickel" — whatever. They ought to call it the same thing so as not to worry consumers; I can't tell the difference. But when ordering online, I did have concerns would the finish look like the rest of the stuff in the bathroom? My advice to American Standard: take whomever decided to call your stuff "satin" nickel out of marketing and move them into customer support with a cut in pay. Making up your own unique names for standard finishes everyone else in the industry follows isn't marketing: it's stupid. On the other hand, whomever designed the Berwick product should get a nice bonus for a job well done. And while I'm on the subject of marketing, how hard would it be for a company like American Standard to collect photos of installations and actually distribute them to companies like Home Depot for them to put on their website so consumers can see how the device looks installed? Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Zen shower faucet I installed this product in the family bath. I selected it based on it's appearance. It goes well the "zen" design of the bathroom. I'm happy to report the product works well, feels sturdy, and looks great. It's been installed for only one month, and I have no issues to report. May 27, 2011
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful but defective Installation design is defective. Does not line up correctively on plate or internal hardware. April 8, 2012
