is there a bigger tank that can replace a small 4019-128 ?? I have to flush at least 2 or 3 times before the bowl is empty...please help

Answer: 
A bigger tank will not be the solution. You need to make sure that there is no slack in the chain or hold down the trip lever for that extra second until the contents are cleared. Because the Flowise toilets are water savers the flapper closed very quickly as to not let more that the 1.28 gpf through.
