Installed this model because the last one, from 1 year ago, didn't flush right. This one flushes in one big flush. Needed a round seat because of space constraints, and the beige color. Worked out great!

We chose this toilet to replace an existing toilet that regularly had issues. Sinces replacing with the Cadet 3 there has been no plunging and toilet has worked great. The Bone color was a very light cream color. Very satisfied.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mark Bowl does not clean well - leaves residue
I know why they call this the "Everclean" surface. You are "forever" cleaning it. Solid waste residue is a real problem. It never cleans the bowl. I never had this problem with our old 3.5 gallon flusher. There is one feature they don't tell you about that really helps that situation. The water closet holds more that 1.28 gallons of water. So if you continue to hold the handle down while flushing, you can actually create a longer flush that uses more water, and helps to clean the surface. But even with that, you will need to flush multiple times to clean the solid waste residue constantly left behind in the bowl. This model does flush very well, however. No clogs or "floaters".

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by shane meh, not impressed
Easy install, but for having an a supposedly "easy clean surface", that prevents stains. Without going into too much detail, I've had to clean it more times in the month I've had it installed than I ever had to clean before

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by RD432 Good product but previously installed and returned to store by different buyer
Had to clean the dirty wax ring from the previous installation (the toilet had not been used just returned to the store after it was put back in the box). Had to buy a new wax ring as it was used on the first installation and not replaced.

-I replaced a 33 year old American Standard Water Hog a month ago with this CADET 3 FLOWISE 1.28 GPF Right Height Round Toilet in Bone.
-Installation was a breeze with their "no tools" design. The new toilet is quick flushing and quiet filling along with using much less water per flush.
-The new smaller toilet tank and body profile looks and fits better in our smaller 80's era bathroom.
-Although some reviewers don't like the plastic self-closing seat, I like it along with the design of the toilet's porcelain raised area where the tank meets the toilet base. This raised area and the plastic seat are much easier to clean compared to toilets with a wood seat and those having a space between the tank and toilet base where stuff can hide and collect.
-Although the toilet doesn't have a two-flush option as some toilets have, for larger loads you just hold the flush lever down for a few seconds longer for a full flush.
-The toilet also comes with two types of washers for the seat installation. One that has a center drilled hole for normal seat installation and one that is offset about a 1/4-1/2" so you can move the seat forward (for people who like to put a fabric decorative cover on the lid) or seat back to perhaps center their junk over the toilet bowl better.
-Although the toilet comes with a wax ring, I always buy and install a second one as they are cheap insurance for a good seal. I also recommend purchasing and installing a new flexible stainless steel braided toilet supply hose (not provided) versus installing a cheaper quality plastic one.
-All-in-all this is a good quality toilet that I recommend.
