This was my first toilet that I have ever replaced. The toilet was a Christmas present from my sister...haha! Before I began I watched a couple of "how to..." vids on You Tube. It looked easy....and it was actually!! The whole project took me about 2 hours, but, the actual removing and installing took about 35 mins, most of the time was spent cleaning the old wax ring and the other messes. The only thing I didn't do according to the instruction was install the wax to the toilet itself, but, I pre- installed it on the flange......I heard/read that if installed on the toilet first there is the risk of it falling off before you put the toilet bowl down.
Everthing you need is in the box, the only extra tools I used was a cresent wrench and a putty knife to remove the old wax.
The toilet flushes EXCELLENTLY, compared to the old one which could hardly flush a piece of TP.
Since I am nolonger a virgin toilet installer, I am thinking of replacing my other toilet! Cheers

I purchased this toilet for a rental I have but I never really used it. It did have very good reviews so I bought one for myself and I love it. It not only saves water use but it is also flushes very well and the best part is that it does not stress out old sewer pipes. I looked at other toilets and read about the force of the flush of some toilets and since my house is not new, I figured it was best to get a toilet with a gentle flush and this toile has one. It has different levels of flushing. Holding the handle down flushed more water and for a quick flush a gentle tap is all it needs. And it is tall which is great since I am tall. Good product.

Great product from beginning to end. Affordable price. Free ship to store. Personnel loaded into vehicle. The ad said install without tools - Yeah, sure! - but I did install without any tools! Had to use tools to remove old toilet though. Everything was provided for installation including wax gasket. Have had this for about 1 month and it appears to be close to self-cleaning and flushes great every time. I didn't realize when I ordered but it came with a self-closing lid. When I need to order one for 2nd bathroom it will be this one.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by Smokeyabb Glad that I purchased it.
I like this toilet because it has a strong flush with less water. I had purchased another that was ADA and it was way to high for me and my feet dangled. I returned it and bought this one and it is the perfect height for my 4'11" body. It does't have a lot of water in the bowl but that has not been a problem like I thought it would. I like that I can do a short flush or hold the handle down for more water. Also, it fills quickly, so I am going to purchase another one for my master bath because we have to wait forever before someone else can use it.

I bought this toilet 4 years ago and it went in fine and seemed a nice value. Now here is the rub. If you look inside the tank the holes for the mounting bolts are quite large and they require special washers that fit into to holes and over them unlike any other unit on the market. Also the spud gasket is a unique size and shape. So when mine began a slow leak and I went to the hardware store for a new tank to bowl kit I was out of luck. This is pretty much a Home Depot only item so you would think they would stock the kits but my local store did not. In fact they had to order one with a 7-10 day delivery time. I did find one on Amazon so I will only be without a toilet for 3 days.
