I got this toilet to replace my old out dated toilet. Wow, this toilet makes the water powerful on flushing which makes everything go down so quickly. This toilet will definitely make cleaning a lot easier because of the water being so powerful. The toilet is a lot smaller than the old one which will make cleaning behind the toilet a lot easier with more space. This toilet has a lot smaller tank than my old one which will make a big difference on my water bill, which I will appreciate.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ruggman The toilet is a bit smaller than expected but does what I need it to do
During the remodel, I encountered and issue with the toilet. I had 8" from wall to center of drain. I purchased an extension and ordered a 10' rough in toilet to make it work. The toilet is a little smaller than expected but It is working great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HappyInVA Huge improvement
We installed this during a bathroom remodel to replace an ~25 year old high-flow toilet that required 2-3 flushes a majority of the time. It has been an enormous improvement. After over two months I think it has required two flushes once. It's also much quieter than the older toilet. We got it at a good price and it was easy to install even though I'd never done a toilet before. It included new flange bolts, the wax seal, and even tools to tighten the tank onto the bowl. Very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dundee 10" rough-in toilet is good for older homes with less than 12" rough-in
This toilet has a 1.6 gallon flush. It is easy to install. It is the standard height, not the taller floor to seat size. The wax ring is included as well as the bolts for the tank. The tank has a flapper flush system. In researching online I found that toilets come in various sizes that depend on your rough-in. You could install a 10" rough-in toilet when replacing a 12" toilet but you would have more than the typical 1-1/2" gap between the wall and the tank. The way to measure for the size that you need is to measure from the wall (not the moulding) to the floor bolts. If yours is 12" then you need a 12" toilet so that you have about an inch between the wall and the tank once it is installed. If yours measures less than 12" then you will most likely need the 10" toilet for it to fit nicely. This manufacturer makes sizes to fit 10", 12", and 14" rough-ins. The instructions are good and there is help online. I found out online that older homes used the 10" size so be sure to measure before you bring it home. This is a nice smaller size toilet of good quality.

I placed my order online and picked it up from homedepot store. Everything was stored properly and in great shape. Next day, when I installed the toilet, I found that the boxes included everything I needed. The only downside is that some of the manuals were in Spanish, but the picture were illustrative enough to finish the job.
I am using this toilet instead an older one that came with my old house and I had serious clogging issues with old toilet, but now with this new one, those problems are gone. The toilet looks great and function perfectly.
