Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SO nice to have a good toilet again! This toilet replaced a 30-year old 3.5 gpf toilet, that wasn't sized right to start with. It was a 12" rough-in that was jammed into the wall and toilet surround. The house was built in 1944, so the cast iron flange was in sad shape. I put a Sioux Chief stainless repair flange on, then the "Better than wax" seal. New toilet slipped right on and tightened up with Zero-cut bolts. This toilet is a 10" rough so had to be ordered, but it came in on time. It had everything I needed if I didn't need the repair or upgraded bits. A Bemis wood seat finished it off. The tank fit perfectly to the bowl, with no leaks. The bowl sealed right up. It's fast, quiet, and does move a lot in that tiny flush! August 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Be warned - there is no rebate This product is listed as WaterSense on this websight and claims there is a rebate. However, it is not on the approved list. The 12" rough-in with this model number is on the list, but the 10" rough-in is not. I went through the CA Dept of Waterworks who said it was not on the list and the list comes from the EPA. I checked with the EPA and they said it was not on the list and did not say why not. I checked with American Standard because their website lists this toilet as WaterSense also. The EPA told me they were in contact with American Standard to tell them they had mislabeled. Kara at American Standard said it was WaterSense and the EPA could not tell them to change it, but they had no control which toilets were being given rebates. Home Depot said they can only go by what the manufacture says but did give me a gift card for my troubles. If you are looking for a WaterSense rebate, choose another toilet. This toilet should qualify but no one is willing to make the correction. BTW - the toilet works fine June 3, 2016
