The only good thing about this faucet is the quick connect install. (Which, not to understate it, is actually very awesome!)
Unfortunately, the design of this faucet looks very cheap when installed. I've had this faucet installed for almost a year and the finish is wearing off already. The drain seems to clog easy and the flow of water is noisy when compared to previously installed faucets.
If you're looking for a cheap faucet, easy to install, and could care less about design..this one could work..
but not for me. I'm looking for a replacement as we speak.

I have gone through two of these faucets on the same sink. Although they initially look and function great they have only lasted about three years. The chrome finish breakes down after a couple of years and the second ones handle broke after two and a half years with no abuse involved. Very disapointed.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by bobw unique design does not work in my house
i thought this faucet would be perfect because of the croweded conditions undet the bath sink. the flexible cable used to open amd close the drain is unique. however the mechanism used to open andclose the drain protrudes at an angle and hits the back splash making it unusable.this product needs to go badk to the drawing board. don't they ever install these before they market them?

This item was very easy to replace and looks nice. The only problem I have with it is that it leaves water spots and streaks. Not so great when its in the powder room that everyone uses! I like to use Lysol or Clorox wipes for quick cleanups and streaks are left. To avoid them I use vinegar and a clean rag but its just not as easy as the wipes.

This was an easy out of box install! I'm not a plumber or contractor but have done quite a few installations of sinks & faucets. I was surprised at the directions that came with this faucet because looking at them I know even someone with no experience could easily understand the step by step directions to completion.

I bought this faucet for $69 - by no means a cheap faucet. After 9 months, it started leaking. The leaks were internal to the faucet, not at the connections. American Standard says they will replace the defective parts, but there's no compensation for the labor spent or the hassle of having a leaking faucet. I will never buy this brand again.

I bought this faucet about a year ago and I am very happy with it. The finish stays nice as long as you clean it, and it is built solid. The only plastic part with this faucet is the base that goes between it and the sink. I am planing to upgrade my other faucets with this same one. Very pleased with this faucet.

We have been thinking about replacing the faucet in the powder room for some time. The sale on the Cadet attracted our attention and it seemed the perfect fit for our vanity. Installation was a breeze. We were especially happy with the ease of installing the drain system. American Standard has hit a home run with that design.
