Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Charlie Tiny internal passages.
The finish and valving and price are all fine. The problem is that the internal diverter mechanism - a restrictor that balances pressure to the tub (rather than to the showerhead) under normal use - is a plastic insert in the center of the valve body. It restricts the passages so much that it is VERY sensitive to any particles in the water. If you have an old home with old steel pipes, rust or lime scale from a water heater or the pipes themselves will plug it up.
The only way to get the restrictor out to clean it is through the TOP of the casting. That means taking it out of the wall. In most cases that's nearly impossible without removing drywall or plaster.
Not recommended for retrofits where this might be a problem.

Needed a new valve (w/lever or criss cross handles) Everything these days are plastic. Not this set !! The valve was a premium quality and the handles (metal) are superb !! Had to be installed by a plumber. No adapters connected to valve so this unit had to be soldered. Was not an easy task. Not complaining though, as this is exactly what I wanted. The cost was exceptionally reasonable.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by crookedbob I like but there are problems
The chrome finish is good quality that has not tarnished since I installed it. The rubber shower head makes it easy to clean which I like as well. However, the rubber washer/gasket in the tub spout deteriorated soon after install. This allowed water pressure leakage while showering. Due to the “low-flow” design, the performance of the shower was drastically reduced. I had to replace the entire spout with after market tub spouts several times as a result as I could not find a matching washer anywhere. After consulting with retailer, he recommended I contact manufacture. They were kind enough to send an entirely new tub spout but I only requested new replacement washers. Now I have about 6 used tub spouts in my bathroom vanity and still have low water shower pressure due to water leakage out of the tub spout. I recently caped the tub spout temporarily as I seek out a replacement option. I was reluctant to so this as the time, energy and effort to replace an entire shower valve system is a daunting task.

Product looks good and installs easily; however, it leaked out of the box. Pulling the valves and putting some grease on the seals did not fix the leak. New valves are not kept in stock, online order. Handles are functional, but they are all plastic and feel that way.

Dont't waste your money. This is a poor design on this product. Wants you get it installed, you do not have enough water pressure to fill a tub. I am packaging it back up to get my money back from Home Depot.

Great product. Just be careful to go through the package. the hot and cold indicators and in a small package. Just don't forget to install it.
I used it and it very easy to control the water temperature and pressure.
Great Prodcut. Will recommend.

I purchased this for a bathroom remodeling project, and it was a beautiful choice. The handles are smooth and nicely shaped. The shower head is smaller in diameter, but offers a powerful spray.
